ACHIEVEMENTS

1. I am managing a department of professional services with Analysts and Engineers who contribute to
Business Proposals, Manage Pre-Sales with presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept
implementations, Architect and Evaluate different banking solutions and systems, and carry out
Technical Investigations and Reporting. This has led to award of orders and strategic partnerships
from following projects:
a. Bulk Cash Deposit Machine from GRGBanking for Middle East markets including Al Rajhi
Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi, Arab National Bank, Alinma Bank, Axiom Telecom (UAE), Noor
Bank, Agthia (UAE)
b. Multi-Function ATMs from GRGBanking for Middle East markets. 3 banks in KSA are in
progress.
2. I have been the Principal Architect and Product Manager for following:

This is a senior management role reporting to the Executive Vice President for Banking Projects and
Operations. I managed professional services comprising of 13 project coordinators, pre-sales engineers,
infrastructure specialists, business analysts, and system integrators. I assisted executives in pre-sales
presentations, proof of concept projects, costing, estimations, planning, technical responses to bids, and
defending our proposal in front of architectural committees and consultants from customers. Additionally I
facilitate the communications for the insurance of cash transport operations. I own the processes and
