ALLOWED ACTIVITIES:
❖ Subscriber data change and change of service profile e. g. activation/
deactivation, change of restriction, change of subscriber feature
❖ Emergency Software changes to correct critical faults and outages
❖ Correction of billing faults
❖ Correction of access problems covered by Carrier Business instructions
and interconnection access problem
❖ Emergency rerouting due to major link outage
❖ Emergency replacement of hardware
❖ Correction of access/connectivity problem
❖ Activities related to restoration of network faults/outages and correction
of service degradations
❖ Activities related to project Rollouts - Treated on a case-to-case basis.
OBJECTIVES: ❖ If needed, special approval has to be secured from the head of SPNO.
