Q: Why is someone else’s name printed on my ticket(s)?
A: The name printed on the ticket is the original purchasers’
name. This name has no bearing on your ability to gain access
at the venue. Tickets are 100% transferable.
Q: Why is the price printed on my ticket(s) different than
the price I paid?
A: The price on the tickets is the face value of the tickets, paid
by the original purchaser. As you purchased tickets on the
secondary market, the price you paid was the market value of
the tickets at the time of purchase.
Q: The tickets I received don’t appear to be consecutive,
as I received all even or odd seat numbers; will my tickets be
next to each other?
A: Yes, many venues have what is called even/odd seating
configurations. This means the entire section only has even
seat numbers or only has odd seat numbers. For a detailed
seating chart, check out the official website for the venue.
Q: What should I do if my event is canceled or postponed?
A: If your event is canceled without a rescheduled date,
contact your ticket seller. You will need to return the tickets
