    Sub : Request for transfer to PAO, Hyderabad (Hqrs.) – regarding.

    Postal Directorate.
    (3) Letter No.997/Admn.I/EA.III/AOs dated 25.1.2010 of DAP,
    Hyderabad.
    (4) O.O.No.356/Admn.I/EA.V/AOs/2010 dated 29.3.2010 of
    DAP, Hyderabad.
    (5) O.O.No.23/Admn.I/EA.III/Promotions/2010-11 dated 3.5.2010
    of DAP, Hyderabad.

    I would like to submit the following few lines for favour of kind
    consideration and favourable orders:

    I am promoted as Accounts Officer and allotted to Andhra Pradesh Circle


    vide O.M. cited at (1) and (2) above. I was first offered my place of posting as
    PAO (hqrs.) at Hyderabad vide Letter cited at Sl.(3) above. However,
    subsequently, I have been posted as Accounts Officer (IFA), KO/o. PMG,
    Vijayawada Region, Vijayawada vide O.O. cited at Serial No.(4) above and was
    relieved on 3.5.2010 (A/N) vide O.O. cited at Serial NO. (5) above. Obeying the
    said orders, I have joined as Accounts Officer, IFA on the forenoon of 12th May,
    2010.

    As I have submitted earlier in my representations dated 20.1.2010 and


    30.3.2010, I request that I may be posted as AO at PAO Hyderabad (Hqrs.
    Office) for the following reasons

    • I am not keeping good health on account of hypertension,


    diabetes and suffered from fracture to my leg and also suffering
    from Granulomatous uveitis of both eyes for the last three years,
    which means gradual painless decrease in vision for both eyes
    during night time. I have been under constant treatment for the
    said ailments at Hyderabad including LV Prasad Eye Institute.
    • In fact, I had suffered the fracture to my leg on account of blurred
    vision during night while on travel. The steel rod kept inside my
    leg at that time is still there, as the same can be removed only
    after the complete healing of the operated part.
    • My wife is also suffering from arthritis for the last eight years and
    is under treatment at Hyderabad including CARE Hospital,
    Hyderabad.
    • My mother-in-law aged about 75 years is living with us at
    Hyderabad and is a chronic patient and is in need of constant
    attention and treatment.
    • I am left with only 2+ years of service only and has to discharge
    several of my family commitments before my retirement.
    • For the reasons state above, I am unable to shift my family from
    Hyderabad.

    I once again request you to kindly consider my case sympathetically and


    transfer me to Hyderabad at the earliest, at least in the retirement vacancy arising
    in August 2010, for which act of kindness, I shall ever be grateful to you.

    I am willing to forego TA/TP in connection with my transfer to


    Hyderabad.
