4. Homologation awareness
5. High level of the responsibility, self-lead
6. MS Office, PTC Creo, or Catia
7. Presentation skills

9. Driving licence

Purpose of Position:

1. Coordinate the cooperation with the external suppliers

2. Develop, propose and coordinate all solutions and steps in terms of localization in India
3. Become a coordinator for India-specific activities
4. Support the implementation of the parts into the different car models
5. support the construction included data exchange and testing of the parts
6. Analyse problems
7. Propose the measures
8. Evaluate the R&D ability of the external part suppliers
9. Coordinate the cooperation with the external suppliers
10. Manage the part list

Tasks:

1. Documentation management (Part list Management, Aeko’s, Deviation Permits, Change requests,
Bill of material)
2. Support in case of Quality issues (Analysis and Measures), Benchmarking activities
3. Creation and Presentation of status sheets in Pilot hall, Presentation of project status in various
forums, Project time line and project monitoring till BMG
4. Coordination of the cooperation with the external suppliers
5. Data and Information Exchange between R & D SK/VW and various agencies of VW India like
Purchase, SRM, Program Management, logistics, Assembly, Production, and outside VW India like
suppliers, NSC, test agency etc.
6. Homologation support to whole vehicle department
