1. (a) (i) Institution Building & Capacity Building (Social Mobilization):

 18-60 years age group women will be enrolled in to SHGs.

 Each Member will thrift Rs.50/- to Rs.100/- per month.
 All SHGs regularly conduct two meetings per month.
 Internal lending and funds rotation among the Members.
 Involves in Social Activities.
 Group Meeting transactions will enter in to the mobile book keeping.
(ii). Roles & Responsibilities at SHG Level:

 Member education on utilisation of loans (asset creation)

 Sustainability of SHG and Corpus.
 SHG Bookkeeping system
 Rotation of Leadership (once in a year, 1/3 of members as per bye law).

(iii). Roles & Responsibilities at VO Level:

 Attendance for the whole meetings.

 Transparency of transactions.
 Lending loans to PoP and others.
 Functional Committees strengthening.
 Bookkeeping & Audit.
 Leadership Rotation & finding good leaders
 Transparent General Body Meeting.

RD (RD-II) Dept. dated: 05.11.2014. Amendment issued vide GO. MS No. 23 PR& RD
(RD-II) Dept. dated: 25.11.2014. Abhyahastham pensions @ Rs.500/-. In this regard

The CEO, T-SERP Hyderabad has issued instructions through the circular
No.1001/SERP/2015, Dt:06.01.2015 to all the Community Co-ordinators in a state to identify
the Ultra Poor, Poorest of the Poor & Poor families in the Villages to provide all the
entitlements from the Telangana Government from time to time.

The Mandal Community Co-ordinators have surveyed and identified 98,355 families
under “Naa Pedala Pusthakam” and prepared the registers village wise. The Dist. Abstract is
detailed below. The Mandal wise details are enclosed as annexure.

16. IPPE (Intensive Participatory Planning Exercise) :
 It is convergent plan previously IPPE-II Executed by NRLM Mode PD, DWMA,
Kaimnagar is a Nodal officer IPPE II in the district.
 Present IPPE – II is Executed SC/ST sub plan fund.

 Estimation of the labour budget and identifying assets to support livelihoods of the
poor under MGNREGS for the financial year 2016-17 by conducting door to door
survey for Vulnerable households listed in SECC Data.
 The POEGS/MPDO is identified as “mandal charge officer” to facilitate IPPE-II
planning Process smoothly.
 Mandal constitute minimum 10 teams and each will have team 4 Members.

1. Technical Assistant (T.A) - DWMA

2. Field Asst/Senior mate - DWMA
3. NPM CA - IKP
4. CC - IKP

 Each Team will enumerate 1200 House Holds.

As per MORD Instructions the convergent Planning outcome and shall be as follows.
1. GP wise labour budget for 2016-17 MGNREGS.
2. House hold livelihoods plan for SECC automatic included HHs – SERP.
3. Potential youth for imparting the skills for JOB placement – EGMM.
4. List of Households who are fixed executed from NSAP or state Government Pension
scheme and automatically included in SECC data.
 The Entire Convergence IPPE –IT 9th Planning 14 to 19 process should be carried out
with convergence of SERP-EGMM.

CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICLUTURAL PRODUCE STORAGE GODOWN CUM DRYING

PLATFORM:

Keeping in view the fact that agricultural produce brought by farmers to IKP
procurement center’s is exposed to unexpected rains and farmers are suffering huge losses
due to lock of storage godowns, the Govt. of Telangana permitted for construction of
Agricultural Produce Godowns com Drying platforms under MGNREGS at 50 active IKP
center’s for improving the storage facilities for agricultural produces including food grains in
Rural areas to ensure remunerative market price to the farmers subject to availability of
material component under MGNREGS at the district level.
