1. Please write a critique of the current way of functioning of the team that you belong to, or lead, in your
organization. (It will help if you carry out a formal diagnostic study using either a questionnaire survey, or a
group discussion, or one-on-one interactions with your team members).
Based on your critique, or the findings of your diagnostic study, please prepare an action-plan for improving
your team’s effectiveness in future.
2. Written case analysis: Please read, and write your personal analysis of the attached case (“The Letter War”).
