Ginder machine operation process

1,first connect the water , water pressure less than 2KG

2,then connect the electrical and start the machine , when
machine running smoothly , then put material
3,the electrical current should be less than 170A
4,when stop the machine , pls first stop put material , then
continue let machine running 3-5mins , avoid the material in
the machine blocked .
5,need fill in the lurication oil on time , every week need fill in
the oil , one time 200ml fill in .
6,how bigger mesh you need , you can adjust the blade disc ,
for example , you need 40 mesh ,you can take out the blade
mesh m then in the bearing have the grakset ,you can take
several grakset, then the blade more closed with screen , then
the mesh will be more smaller. The same , if more far from
screen the mesh will be more bigger .
7,the ginder machine can not do the very small mesh ,it will be
easy blocked the machine . you can check it in the material , for
example , 20mins you get 50KG material , then inside have 5 kg
bigger material in the vibration screen ,then this 5 kg material
need put in the machine again,.
So this is correct adjustment . 1:10 rate is good.
