 Supervise the work and give necessary clarifications to contractors as required.

 Drawing reviews and segregation service wise.
 Collect info all components/instruments attach with pipeline by Isometric or P&ID.
 Materials handling.
 Fabricate spools and supports as per ISO/drawing (Execution).
 Marking of joint no. & spool no. on piping, ISO drawings.
 Pneumatic/Hydrostatic test arrangement done as per approved line list.
 Responsible for all Quality engg. functions across the site(fabrication & erection).
 Monitoring and maintaining of incoming materials and activity as per quality std.
 Check scope of work, plan drawings and required materials.
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality
problems.
 Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection
requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other
QA/QC documents.
 Plan of welding job as per requirement and engage workers for different job.
 Knowledge of welding(MIG,TIG,SMAW)
 Wrapping and Coating U/G piping ,Holiday testing.
 Managing night shift manpower as per requirement of work/client.
 Handling Night-Shift Radiographic Test.
 Daily Progress and manpower status reporting.
 PWHT monitoring & Records.
 Welder test.
 Stage wise inspection various ongoing welding, repairs/modification job.
 Executing periodical calibration for welding equipments
 Coordinate third party inspection organizations employed to meet code, statutory and company requirements
