the ceviche is the most delicious Peruvian dish. It is sour and somewhat bitter.
Most Peruvians liked the combination between lemon and fresh fish
to make ceviche you need corn, sweet potato, fresh fish, garlic,
onion and some herbs
Wash fish with water and salt. Then cut into squares of 1 to 2cm.
Place fish in a bowl and season with crushed garlic and salt. Add the finely
chopped aji limo and fresh lemon juice, pepper and chopped cilantro. Let stand 10
minutes
. Try the spicy juice. Place onions over fish.
Decorate the platter with the corn, the aji limo slices, sweet potato and lettuce.
Add the butter, chocolate and cream to a pan. Cook over a very low heat, stirring
constantly, until fully melted, smooth, and well combined.
Distribute half of the chocolate mixture between 8 small pots . Add a small dollop
of peanut butter to each pot, then top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
Place the chocolate pots in the fridge for at least a few hours, or until
completely set (they last a few days in the fridge, so they can be made in
advance).
