TITLE : Little Miss San Jose Pageant

VENUE : San Jose Cultural Center, San Jose, Camarines Sur

DATE : May 15, 2016

EXPECTED NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 20 to 25 children

STATUS OF COMPETITION: Exclusively for San Jose participants.

AGE : 5 TO 8 YRS OLD

OBJECTIVES :

1. To provide opportunities for interested day care children to express their

talents and skills through this activity.
2. To enhance their personality as part of their social development.
3. To develop their self confidence as stepping stone for a brighter tomorrow.

RATIONALE :

Day Care Service has been an institution and a partner of the government in its quest to
produce a well- rounded and successful individual in the future. The development and learning
of children lie primarily in the hands of parents, guardian in the home and day care workers
/teachers inside the school. One of the important interrelated domains in the development of
the child is the SOCIAL DOMAIN , which make up her/ his relationship and interaction with
others; social roles; norms and values. Several activities and programs are prepared by schools
together with the parents in support with the objective of the government to help children
develop their confidence and skills as part of their social development.
