First if you have DLB and NED and Java installed you have to remove them and all

traces.

Use Revo Uninstaller to do that.

Install Step one Folder Revo unistaller if you don't have.

Install Revo
Instructions:
1) Stop the application if started
2) Install application using provided installer and do not reboot
3) Copy revouninstallerpro.lic and paste to C:\ProgramData\VS Revo Group\Revo
Uninstaller Pro

DONE!

Install DLB program.

Run dlb_user3b.reg file and add information
Replace file in patch folder C:\ProgramData\Navistar\Diamond Logic Builder
Login: user1
Pass: 123
It will say database is missing.
Go into main install folder (enable hidden files and folders) and enter
C:\ProgramData\Navistar\Diamond Logic Builder\data
paste/replace file a_database.dbm to folder data folder

Install NED program

Go into main install folder and enter C:\ProgramData\Navistar\Navistar Engine
Diagnostics\.......... and install the patch that I included in the patch folder.
Login: user1
Pass: 123
Now for the important part.... Open NED and close right out of it.
Copy the "denim folder into C:\ProgramData\Navistar\Navistar Engine Diagnostics\

Now you done and your NED is working also DLB
