343 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. We are
still in need of help with the following vacancies: Sunday 1-2pm, Monday 8-9am,
Wednesday 10-11am and 2-3am, our gratitude to Vic Macur for moving from a day
hour to a vacant night hour. “As we fix our eyes on Jesus in adoration, something
marvelous begins to happen. The Holy Spirit begins to open our minds and fill us
with spiritual wisdom and understanding. (Colossians 1:9) We begin to grasp more
about Jesus: what he did for us, how much he loves us, how merciful he is, and how much he
rejoices with us and suffers with us.” (Encountering Jesus in Adoration) Choose a vacant hour
that fits your schedule. Call 330-690-9661.

Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

The gospel speaks of “the smallest of all seeds which grows and become the greatest of shrubs”.
The seemingly insignificant acts of parents can have tremendous effect upon their children. The
smallest acts of love, attention and approval, and moments of time and approval, and moments of
time spent together are acts of faith and hope. Faith, because we show our belief and confidence in
our children and hope, because we will not see the results of our parenting for many years.
