$10,000 worth of damage. MCCSC’s deprivation of my due process rights, employment of racial
discrimination, unlawful denial of access to my financial records, unlawful denial of access to
medical services, attacks on my professional reputation, judgement, and duties through
disingenuous actors whose stated goals were to “establish a pattern of dissatisfactory
performance” represent exactly the manner in which they have consistently created an
educational institution whose licensed workforce diversity, since its inception, has displayed an
appaling level of acquiescence to the known and negative effects such a workforce creates
among educators and students.
Because I do not believe that MCCSC compensating me monetarily will help MCCSC to change
their demonstrated and consistent indifference to perpetuating demonstrable and observable
institutional racism, I have compiled a list of 10 items I believe will help MCCSC become a better
and more just educational institution.
Each of the following compensatory actions are worth $1000 to me and their fulfillment will
constitute my feeling adequately compensated.
Any of the following compensatory actions MCCSC decides they would not like to perform will
result in my feeling that $1000 is owed to me (i.e. if MCCSC decides to commit to completing 6
of the following 10 actions, I will not feel wholly compensated unless those 6 actions accompany
a $4000 payment to myself as MCCSC will have chosen not to perform 4 of the following
compensatory actions).
These first three compensatory actions are non-negotiable and have no equivalent monetary
value. No further negotiations will take place until they are agreed to.
