awarded to the team in each match that wins the most holes. 3 points will be
awarded to the team in each match with the lowest net score.
3. Scorecards should be turned in after the round to the scorer. Cards not turned in will
result in a forfeit for both teams.

Rules
1. USGA rules will apply except where a Course Rule or League Rule applies. Course
rules are listed on the scorecards.
2. You may roll it out of a bad lie in the fairway of the hole you are playing; it must be
played down all other areas (except the green). “Lift, Clean, and Place” is allowed in
the fairway when carts are restricted to “path only,”
3. If a drop area is not marked on holes 11 and 16, use the area in the rough in front of
the silver tee box as a drop zone.
4. We play stroke and distance on any ball hit out of bounds or any ball unplayable in a
hazard. You get 2 club lengths from where the ball last crossed out of bounds and
drop there, no closer to the hole.
5. All players MUST finish each hole and record ALL of their strokes.
6. Putts may be given by your opponent only.

Inclement Weather & Discontinuance of Play

1. Unless the course is closed, all matches are to be played as scheduled. I will notify
you if course is closed, so don't keep calling me.
2. An individual may stop play if he feels threatened by severe weather.
3. Discontinuance of play - a match may be stopped by mutual agreement of the
players or course managers for reasons of weather or darkness. Match points will be
awarded based on holes played. For handicap calculations, each player’s score for
the incomplete holes will be recorded as par plus allocated handicap strokes.

Missing Players
1. Each team is responsible for securing their own substitutes
2. If a team is short one player, the Individual Match point is forfeited
3. If a team is short both players, all points are forfeited. (Please dont let this happen)
4. If each team is short one player, the two present will play match play for 10 points.
Team net and team holes won points will NOT be counted.

Handicaps
1. All players will use a League Handicap, calculated as your over-par average of the
best 5 scores of your last 10. If you do not have 10 scores, it is based on the best
50%, rounded down (ie 1 of 3, 2 of 4, 3 of 5, and so on).
2. Special provisions will be made to create fair handicaps at the start of the league until
all players have 2 scores to start the calculation.
3. If the sub has a GHIN handicap, they use that handicap.

Survivor

1. Beginning in week 4, each week we will be eliminating the highest net score and all ties,
until there is one player remaining. The survivor winner will win $50. If you are absent
for any week, your absentee score will be used. Your absentee score is the worst score
of your last 3 rounds. If you miss more than 3 weeks during survivor, you will be
eliminated at your 4th absence.
