CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of the study


Internships offer students a period of practical experience in the industry relating to their field of
study. This experience is valuable to students as a means of allowing them to experience how
their studies are applied in the "real world", and as work experience that can be highly attractive
to potential employers on a candidate's CV. An internship provides a great opportunity for
prospective employees to gain experience in a particular field or industry, determine if they have
an interest in a particular career, create a network of contacts, or gain university module credits.

Social media marketing, or SMM, is a form of internet marketing that involves creating and
sharing content on social media networks in order to achieve your marketing and branding goals.
Social media marketing includes activities like posting text and image updates, videos, and other
content that drives audience engagement, as well as paid social media advertising. Social media
marketing is a powerful way for businesses of all sizes to reach prospects and customers.
Customers are already interacting with brands through social media, and if you're not speaking
directly to your audience through social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and
Pinterest, you're missing out! Great marketing on social media can bring remarkable success to
your business, creating devoted brand advocates and even driving leads and sales.

The scope and importance of social media is increasing not only to general people in their daily
life, but also has been equally important for any kind of business promotion. For any start-up,
social marketing is the golden ticket and can be used to spread awareness about the existence
with so much less money that you could spend on traditional marketing.

As part of Master of business studies Intern did 10 week internship dated from (3rd September-
10th November 2017) at Scootout.com of Evolving Minds Pvt Ltd. So, being student of
marketing, Start-up Company can be the best platform to know more of social media marketing
and its importance in business. Therefore, Intern have chosen Start-up Company Evolving Minds
for internship.

1.2 Objective of Internship
The main objective of internship was to evaluate the social media marketing of Evolving Minds.
Specific Objectives
 To analyze the general operation of Evolving Minds.
 To evaluate marketing activities of Evolving Minds.

1.3 Significance of the study


An MBA internship is an outline to the real world workplace, business, and it provides an
opportunity for the students to understand functioning’s of the real commercial world. The length
of internship program is 10 weeks, which carries a greatest learning technique to know about the
business and cope up the environment in such a way like trained employees. The experience that
one gets as an intern during the internship period will make them more elegant and professional
in their future job sector. Internship program will help students to connect with the academic
knowledge and broaden their skills and techniques they have learned from college. Also
internship can help students identify career path. It can help to build connection within a career
field.
So some of the significance of study is that the report focuses on:

CHAPTER II
INTRODUCTION TO EVOLVING MINDS

2.1 Brief Profile of Evolving Minds


Evolving Minds is an IT startup company established in the year 2015 by four individuals with
the mindset of providing restaurant, food and lifestyle related information to its users. Its main
office is situated at Jamal. These four young entrepreneurs decided to give foodies of Kathmandu
a new way of searching for a perfect restaurant to appease their taste buds along with being able
to get the look and feel of the restaurants without physically being there.

Evolving Minds introduced first product named as scootout.com. Scootout.com started with the
concept of developing a restaurant finding website. This website would fall under food and
lifestyle category that will provide you with a range of information which would help you to
decide and choose a restaurant among thousand others. They are currently working on
developing a mobile application where they would have different categories to make the search
of finding the restaurant by the cuisine, location, and ambience timing and many more.
Scootout.com is the digital partner of Gorkha Brewary (Carlsberg Beer). It promotes Carlsberg
event from its website.

2.2 About Scootout.com


Scootout.com is a restaurant aggregating system which aims to provide information to its users
about the various restaurants around them. It provides information ranging from the restaurant’s
menu and photos, facilities, cuisine served to the location of the restaurant. In today’s era, where
technology is at its peak and will only rise further, software’s as such have gained a lot of
importance. Scootout.com is a website which has been created with 2 bases. One is the database
which captures, collects and organizes all the information and the second is a custom-made
software which incorporates all this information into display with the help of an open source
PHP framework called Laravel. Laravel was created by Taylor Otwell and intended for the
development of web applications following the model–view–controller (MVC) architectural
pattern. In the early 2017, Scootout.com was launched, where it provides the users with detailed
information about restaurants in Kathmand, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. The website is designed to

cater to users’ needs such as their preferred budget, taste and location. The users cam refine their
search from multiple filters like establishment type, cost for two, opening time, location,
offers/events, and several other facilities such as parking, Wi-Fi, etc. The website currently has
over 1500 restaurants in the database and slowly plans to expand to Kirtipur, and cities outside
Kathmandu Valley.
The primary data for the website is obtained through field surveys done by a survey team. This is
then processed, checked and verified by the verification team, and is finally entered in the
website’s back end system by the data entry team. The data goes through several checking
procedures to ensure the authenticity of the information gathered.

The website has two user interfaces; one for the restaurant owners and the other for the
customers. The restaurant owners will have access to a back end system which allows them to
modify the information regarding their restaurant. The front end system for the users is the one
where customers can interact, post reviews and rate the restaurants according to their
preferences.

2.3 Organizations mission and objective


Evolving Mind is an IT startup company. Its main mission is to make sure nobody has a bad
meal anymore, and they achieve this by helping people discover great to eat around them.
Evolving minds team gathers information from every restaurant on a regular basis to ensure our
data is fresh. The team of food lovers gets photos, menus and all other details of restaurants so
that people have all the information they need to make an informed choice.

2.4 Major markets and customers
The major market is Nepal market. They have started with Kathmandu at first and have
expanded to lalitpur and bhaktapur has future plan to expand other cities in the country. The
major user of this website will be locals, expats and travelers who want to know about new
restaurants and food available in the city.

2.5 Organizational Structure of Evolving Minds


Evolving minds, IT Startup was established by four individual with mindset of providing
information about restaurant to its end user. The founding members of organization have been

The organization of scootout.com is divided into two departments. The IT department that works
on the website and app and other department is the Operations Department where all the
operations are managed, planned and executed.

2.6 Service
Scootout.com currently has over 1500 listing and exact details of restaurants of Kathmandu,
Bhaktapur and Lalitpur. These services are for the end-users for the restaurant owners there is a
separate backend system where they can analyze how many people have viewed their pages and
through which filter have they been discovering their webpage. This gives them an idea of how
they can market their restaurant business.

2.7 Goals of Evolving Minds


The goals of Evolving Minds are as follows:
 To create the first full-fledged online portal for restaurant aggregating system.
 To provide information regarding restaurant details to the users.
 To develop a review culture and enhance the service quality of restaurant industry.
 To provide value to the restaurant owners and the users.

Chapter III
ANALYSIS OF WORK AND ACTIVITIES PERFORMED

Evolving Minds being a startup company does not have a fixed, predefined set of tasks and
activities to be performed and followed throughout the internship period. The interns and other
employees are encouraged to give their inputs on various situation and their suggestions, if valid,
are taken into consideration. During the 10 weeks of internship, Intern worked mostly in the
Marketing Department and Operation Department and performed different activities of
scootout.com. The various activities that Intern have undertaken and performed are:
 Research
 Data Collection
 Editing Photos
 Social Media Marketing
 Data checking
 Backend data entry of website

3.1 Details of Internship

3.2 Research
Introduction
The first task Intern was assigned to conduct research on Zomato and Burrp which was the type
of business model that they were referencing to. The purpose of this assignment was to know the
business model they were following and clearing out any confusion that Intern may have before

starting the actual work and going into the field to collect information. So that data collection
would be done efficiently and effectively.

Procedure of the assignment


Researching in any topic is done so that you have some idea about it and it helps you to perform
better. Any intern that comes in must first research on the topics assigned by the company. They
give knowing and understanding the business model and information related to food and
restaurants great priority as their business revolves around it.

Intern role in the Assignment


Intern had to do a thorough research on these websites. Researching on these Apps and websites
consists of knowing what they were offering, their business model, how they operate, how to use
the app, what different features they have as well as creating an account and exploring as a user
what you can do when logged in. During this research period, Intern was even asked to research
on various types of restaurant establishment types, cuisines and which dishes falls under which
cuisine. Intern googled various cuisines, different dishes that falls under different cuisines,
different restaurant establishment types, difference between a café and a coffee shop, fine dining
vs casual dining etc. Intern was even asked to suggest if Intern come across anything that was not
included in the questionnaire and think that it should be included. Throughout the internship
period, research was a task that was ongoing. From basic research to researching on the various
restaurants, what new restaurants have opened up, which restaurants have shut down, what was
the reason for its shut down and if its temporary or permanently etc.

Learning from the assignment


Intern got to know the various types of cuisines that Intern had never heard of, different
establishment types, facilities that the restaurant offers and also numerous restaurants that didn’t
know they exist.

3.3 Activity at Marketing Department


3.3.1 Data Collection
Introduction

In this activity, Intern was assigned to visit various restaurants with a partner and collect data by
talking to the restaurant owners, managers and staffs, whoever is available, and persuading them
to provide us with the necessary information. Organization had a pre-set questionnaire with a
number of fields for data entry as shown in Appendix 1. Some of the Information that are
collected during survey are:
 Restaurant Name.
 Owner/Manager name and their contact detail.
 Establishment Contact Number.
 Map coordinates of Restaurant and location.
 Opening and Closing type.
 Average Cost for Two person in the particular restaurant.
 Various Facilities Offered by the Restaurant.
 Cuisine offered by the Restaurant.
 Establishment type of the Restaurant.
 Signature or Popular dish of Restaurant.
 Event or Remark of Restaurant.
 Pictures of Menus of Restaurant.
 And pictures that reflects the Ambience of Restaurant.

The main objective of this activity is to collect valid and legit information about the restaurants,
to include in the website and app being developed that makes up to an information providing app
to be used by the people of the valley. Data collection is the core of the business as without valid
data to include in the website and app.

Procedure of the activity


The activity mainly involved going around and visiting various restaurants and persuading them
to answer the questions the best they can. Filling up the questionnaire and talking to them about
the benefits of the website to them, pitching about the company and clicking the pictures of the
restaurant and menu if possible.

Intern role in the activity

The first task was to locate the restaurants as well as finding new ones. Upon entering the
restaurant, usually ask if the owner or manager is available to talk for a few minutes. If they are
available we would talk to them and if not a staff who has enough knowledge about the
restaurant is taken as a respondent. Then pitch to them about the company, what organization is
all about, what organization do and why organization is there. When they are ready to take part
the survey, ask them the questionnaire and as per their answer and our knowledge fill up the
questionnaire. During the filling of the questionnaire, Intern also ask for the menu to look into
various cuisines that they have offered as well as calculate an average cost for two so that the
website users would have some idea about the cost for visiting the restaurant. Then with the
permission of the respondent, Intern click the pictures of the restaurant as well as their menu to
upload in the website to give the users the look and feel of the restaurant before visiting them.

Learning from the activity


For intern, this part of the activity was one of the most challenging as well as interesting part.
Intern is kind of person who cannot open up to strangers properly. Talking to a stranger and
asking them questions is way out of comfort zone but Intern was willing to try and give it a shot.
Intern do like talking to people and listening to them but the most difficult part was to approach a
stranger and initiate the conversation, the ice breaking was the most difficult part. By performing
this activity time and again for multiple times a day, Intern have become more confident than
joining to internship. Self-confidence is another important learning from this activity. When you
are confident, you have an aura around you that makes people want to listen to what you have to
say and that what you are saying is legit.

3.3.2 Social Media Marketing


Introduction
Social Media Marketing is the major marketing promotion of organization. Organization is a
start-Up Company so social media marketing is the golden ticket for promotion. Organization
mainly promote its website through Facebook and Instagram social media platform. During
internship period, different social media marketing was done through Facebook and Instagram.
Specifically talking about organization’s social media marketing is basically related to the
restaurant information related post. User are engaged into different contest and are attracted by

certain gift hamper for winning the contest. The main motive of social media marketing for this
type of Start-up Company is mainly it is cost effective and can reached to various targeted users.
As, Start-Up Company resource constraint and limited budget is the general problem, so social
media marketing has been the best and widely used as marketing promotional tool.

Procedure of the Activity


This activity starts with unique concept in certain subject matter to attract and engage many users
as possible. Intern and all employees are engaged for concept design work. The final concept
generation is shared with IT department for designing work. Once, it get approved by Managing
Director and CEO of the organization, it will be uploaded to social sites Facebook and
Instagram.

Intern role in the Activity


Intern role in this activity is to come up with new and unique concept that will promote
organization’s website. Organization promote different restaurant by making different contest in
social media site. This benefits both restaurant and to organization. Intern persuade restaurant
owners of different restaurant which are listed in their restaurant for taking part in social media
marketing for mutual benefits. Once, restaurant owner are ready to take part, Intern has to make
concept designing with unique theme for making more attracting and appealing towards that
post. Intern actively participated in this activity and enjoys working in this activity.

Learning from the activity


Being marketing student, the importance of social media marketing is well known. Intern got
opportunity to observe and learned in real working place. In this activity, Intern learned the
importance of social media marketing for any organization and especially for Startup
Organization.
Social media marketing is powerful marketing promotional tools.

3.4 Activity at Operational Department


3.4.1 Editing Photos
Introduction
In data collection activity, intern takes photos of menu and ambience of restaurant. The raw
photos cannot be uploaded in website directly. Each edited photos are created in folder of each

restaurant which consist of both original and edited photos of menu, ambience and online
research photos.it is intern job to edit the photos and forward to operational head for approval.
Photos are edited using Photoshop application.

Process of the activity


As soon as the data are collected through survey from different restaurants. The photos that are
collected from data collection activity are edited to create pre specified size and logo of
organization.

Intern Role in the Activity


Intern is responsible to edit the photos that are taken in data collection activity. Editing photos
includes menu, ambience, online research and need to attached logo of scootout.com. Using
Photoshop software, intern edits photos of different restaurant with specific logo and size which
later will be uploaded in website after the approval of operational head.

Learning from the activity


Intern had never used Photoshop software before. Intern learned the general tools and methods of
editing photos to make photo more attractive. Intern also learned how to adjust photos and
attached logo and making specific size as pre-defined by organization.

3.4.2 Data Checking


Introduction
During the early stage of data collection, organization got ample amount of required data, but as
it goes for progressed, the data collected were mostly incomplete among which majority was due
to incomplete menu of the restaurant or the restaurant’s reluctance to provide with menu
pictures. Since website’s credibility is heavily dependent on the valid information being
provided, organization could not include those kind of temporary content in website. Therefore
focused on checking the existing data and conducting follow up of restaurant whose data are
incomplete.

Procedure of the Activity

The process starts with gathering and thorough checking of the questionnaire of various
restaurants which is grouped on the basis of location, after that data checking team will check the
cuisine and establishment type on the basis of clicked picture of Menu and Restaurant interior. If
there is any doubt or confusion on the services or facilities being offered by the restaurant
organization immediately calls the restaurant manager/owner or service staff to validate the
given information. For the incomplete data remarks are updated in the google sheet which is
created for the restaurant for each location. After that is done, the survey team will follow up
those restaurants on the basis of the given remarks by the data checking team.

Intern Role in the Activity


Intern role in the data checking was to look into the information written in the questionnaire, and
if its incomplete finding reasons for incomplete data. Intern needs to analyze whether to go for
follow up for getting complete information or leave it. Mostly Intern found out that the
incomplete data are mostly because of incomplete menu so Intern suggest to go for follow up
survey. In this activity, Intern also filter the listed restaurant in website whether they still exits or
closed down. Intern report to operation head after completing this activity.

Learning from the Activity


What Intern learned from this activity is that however hard you try not to make any mistakes,
there are times when mistake happens. Rechecking your work saves you from finalizing a faulty
task. Mistakes happens but it should be minimized by learning from mistake. So, data checking
helps to find out the mistakes and also helps to learn from that particular mistake.

3.4.3 Backend Data entry


Introduction
The website consist of front end and back end facilities. Backend facility consist of entering the
information that need to be uploaded in website. This activity is usually performed by
operational head.

Procedure of the Activity

When final information is provided to operational head, operational head first verify and rectify
if some mistake are found. Then, information regarding each restaurant is entered in backend of
website.

Intern Role in the Activity


Generally, intern are not given access to backend activity, due to absence of operational head,
Intern was given opportunity to perform this activity. Intern entered all the verified information
to backend of website and reported to operational head.

Learning from the activity


Intern got new experience working the backend of website. Intern was unfamiliar with these kind
of technical term of website. So, intern was excited and happy to learn this activity.

CHAPTER IV
OBSERVATIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
LEARNED

4.1 Observations
Observation is one of the powerful tools in learning process in internship program where intern
gets opportunity to observe professionals in day-to-day business in short period of time. Intern
experience a typical day on the job and observe the work environment, preparation for and
demands of career in area of potential career interest. In 10 weeks of internship period Intern
observed many aspects to understand social media marketing and general operation of
Scootout.com. The key observations during the internship period are as follows:

 Evolving Minds being Startup Company was very efficient in systematic working
procedure and friendly working environment.
 There were very few employees who were efficiently carrying out the day-to day
activities.
 Unlike the established company have strict time table; Evolving Minds has very flexible
working time.
 There was systematic arrangement of collection data from survey and are recorded in
both offline and online.
 Employees and intern are free to give any kind of suggestion and if they have any query,
they can immediately ask to Managing Director.
 Both employees and intern participate in weekly meeting in specific agenda to come up
with the new ideas to deal with present challenges and producing new strategy.
 Communication lags between the outsourced IT department and Operations department.
 Social Media marketing Strategy was majorly practice, being Startup Company it have
help them a lot to known in the market.
 Scootout.com is rich in its content, though it is earning minimal in present state but has
great future of its website and upcoming mobile application.

 Scootout.com have not done aggressive marketing; as a result there are few people who
are familiar with their website. Poor marketing promotion of their website was found
during the internship period.

4.2 Experiences Gain


Working with the young energetic entrepreneur was wonderful and unique experience from 10
weeks internship. Intern aspires to become entrepreneur, Intern gain a lot working with the real
entrepreneur. Dreaming of owning own company is amazing feeling, but the reality seems to be
bitter is what intern experienced. The hurdles in every step are exciting and challenging for
entrepreneur. Intern got opportunity to know the real market of Startup Company. It’s not easy as
we see the exciting of having own company. From the beginning of the internship, it was easy
and exciting to perform task with the friendly employees and always motivating Managing
Director. Intern was given task of market research, market survey, backend work of website and
come up with the new strategy to promote its product in the market. Intern got chance to know
the different marketing strategy of the company using to promote their website. Social media and
its power were seen in its website scootout.com. Being part in every task of organization was
exciting and got chance to know new things in every task. Intern was also given task of market
survey; this has helped stronger communication skills, dealing with the client in different
situation. Intern was always motivated to give idea to Managing Director and got chance to
learned talking with him.

4.3 Professional Skills Learned


Internship at Scootout.com helped Intern to gain various professional skills. This 10 week period
of internship period was extremely beneficial in developing professional attitude. The various
professional skills that intern learned are:

Idea Pitching
Intern need to pitch to restaurant owner about scootout.com, why it is important and useful to
them for data collection activity. This has certainly brought a professional skill to intern.

Negotiation Skills
Various social media marketing promotional activities are on-going at Evolving Minds. Intern
collects data from market with restaurant owner, at the same time intern also negotiate with
restaurant for social media marketing for mutual benefit.

Handling Aggressive Restaurant Owner


Intern meets various nature of restaurant owners in market survey. During this activity, intern
found some aggressive restaurant owner too. Intern handle with polite words and thanking for
giving their valuable time.

Team Work
Intern was assigned different activity in different group. From data collection activity to other
activity like concept designing to social media marketing, market research intern learned to work
in a group. Working in a group helped to generative more productive ideas and easy problem
identification.

Technical Skills
Evolving Minds being IT Startup Company, intern learned the functionality of website, idea of
dashboard and also got opportunity to use Photoshop software. All works are entered in google
sheet and shared to all members of organization. This added to know more about google sheets
and its uses.
Some of other skills Intern learnt are:
 Intern learn about the restaurant business market and how online services facilitates to
customer. The different terminology related to restaurant industry was clearly
understood.
 Website is based on good content. The important of data was learned for online
business. The success of website is based on content.
 The first and the most important lesson learnt throughout the internship period were to
deal with the real work situations and how to work and behave in the corporate world.

4.4 Main Issued Identified
During internship in Scootout.com, Intern has identified various issues and some of them are
explained below:

Lack of Promotion campaign


Due to poor promotion campaign, people are not aware of the website. Organization is only stick
to social media marketing promotion. People rarely have heard the name of website in the
market. This made hard to convince to client in data collection activity. However, intern deals
with this problem by convincing them the importance of website and benefits from being part of
it.

Communication lag between outsourced IT department and Operation Department


There found communication lag between IT department and Operation Department while
synchronizing task. IT department are a bit slow in working with the IT functionality of website.
This has result in slower operation in task. This was serious issues which were solved by
discussing with Managing Department and setting meeting with IT department.

Frequent changes in restaurant business ownership


Organization is dealing with the restaurant industry. Restaurant owner are the key person for its
business. Frequent changes in restaurant business ownership have surely made difficulty in
updating and providing correct information to its end user. Since organization believes, content
is king. So, there is need of frequent update of content. Organization has try to update to some
extent, however this need to done very often to solve the issue.

Errors in Website
From the very first day of internship, intern was asked to watch the website properly and report
to Managing Director if found some faulty or also can put different views to make better. Intern
found out various errors in website. Though the errors seem to be minor yet it can impact a lot.
Organization took this issue seriously and sat for meeting to improve the website errors in
operation department as well as between IT department team.

Delay in launching Mobile Application
Launching mobile application is already planned but yet organization is not able to launch it. The
delay in launch of mobile application has already lost some market share of the company. Intern
also found difficult in convincing to clients as there was absence of mobile application. Intern
convinced clients by giving assurance that there will be soon launch of mobile application as
instructed by CEO and MD of organization.

4.5 Methodology
The internship based report is based on the secondary as well as primary sources of data.

activities and its effectiveness to organization.

4.6 Analysis of Process, Procedures and Challenges:


Evolving Minds being a startup company does not have a strict organization structure or line to
command and is more of a flat organization where even though there are posts and hierarchy, the
flow of communication is smooth. The various tasks to be performed are:

 Data Collection
The first and the foremost task to be performed is the collection of as many data as possible from
the list of restaurants in the previously prepared database and also the ones that are not listed.
During this task, the intern as well as other employees would visit restaurants and convince them
to provide the necessary data by pitching about the company and your purpose of the survey.
Then once they are convinced and ready to provide information, you fill up the questionnaire as

per answered as well as your knowledge about it. Then in another phase of data collection you
click pictures of the restaurant, capture its ambience and picture of the menu as well, if allowed.

 Data Recording:
Recording the data basically means storing the data collected during the survey in the office
computer as well as upload it onto a shared. One Drive storage for safekeeping and easy access.
The collected data should be saved as per the area of survey under which the various restaurants
done would have their own separate folders containing the pictures of the restaurant and menu.

 Data Checking
Data checking is done to make sure all of the information collected is valid. The map coordinates
taken with the help of an app would be checked and tallied with google maps to make sure the
location is correct. The picture quality is checked as well as if the number of photos is sufficient

 Data Entry
During this phase, the data that have been checked and verified as valid and complete would be
entered into the database entry system.

4.7 Challenges faced by Evolving Minds


 Intense competition in the market. Competitors like foodmandu, bhetincha.com and
others are their competitors.
 Frequent change in restaurant ownership and location.
 Lack of skilled employees who is also problem solver.
 Difficult to convince the use of its website.
 Restaurant owner doesn’t use the service provided by the organization like claim your
restaurant feature where restaurant owner can update their information by themselves.

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

5.1 Summary
Internship program assist the student to understand the real working situation being a part of the
organization. The main objective is to have an insight into social media marketing and the
operation of Evolving Minds and apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in real working life
through observation, participation and interaction. This report is based on 10 weeks internship
experience at Evolving Minds. Intern was placed in Operations and Marketing Department so
that the overall knowledge about the organizations operations could be acquired. Basically, the
activities done, problem identified and problem solved by an Intern have been discussed in this
report. Activities done in operations have developed interpersonal and communication skills of
the Intern. While observing the task and performing the activities in operations department,
Intern understood to work in a group.

This report is prepared based on self-observation. The Intern also acquired information through
formals and informal discussion with the employees, restaurant employee’s restaurant
employers. The general objective of the study is to get better understanding of the operation of
Evolving Minds. In addition, the study tries to assess the contribution of Scootout.com in overall
development of aggregator system in Nepal as well as to develop a review culture.

5.2 Conclusion
As a student who wants to be an entrepreneur, choosing a start-up company that wanted to offer
something unique to the Nepalese market was the best decision Intern could have taken for
internship experience. Being a management student and specializing in marketing, Evolving
Minds has offered the opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge into practice.

Intern learned many things from classroom and university courses about the market, market
segmentation, marketing research, Human resource management, leadership theories, team
building, marketing mix, entrepreneurship etc. and during period of internship Intern got
numerous chances to apply these knowledge into real work situation. The time Intern spent

during internship program at Evolving Minds would be one of the most memorable experiences
as Intern got the opportunity to work with people who are helpful, friendly, caring, supportive,
and ready to guide you and be there for you. Organization helped a lot during this period and
became good friends.
