Return and Refund Policy:


Our Return Policy lasts 30 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your
purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or price equivalent in store credit.

Assuming you return you purchase within 30 days from delivery, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns may be exchanged or issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. If you need to
exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at support@freeseetv.com. If you prefer store credit, store credit equivalent to the
purchase price will be reflected in your account. Store credits are non-transferrable.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most
products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must inform us via
support@freeseetv.com no later than 14 days after the date you receive the purchased item and you must return such item within 14 days of notifying us
that you would like to cancel your order.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the
original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

I can only receive 25 channels on this antenna. It was advertised as being able to receive almost all of the available
channels (approximately 200 channels). I would like to return the to antennas and the booster for a complete refund.
