Main duties at Motus:


- Maintain and update tech packs for development and production
- Develop product components from concept to final approval and adoption
- Communicate detail constructions and fit requirements with factories
- Track and document all developments to meet delivrerables and buy-ready timelines
- Analysis raw material lab test results, adopt/request adjustments based on impact on quality, price, and delivery to
meet client's objectives
- Work directly with vendors on searches, development and adoption
- Negotiate and confirm component and finished garment F.O.B pricing with contract vendors
