    Calamba City, Laguna hereby authorize Marlon B. Cantal of legal age and with the address at #211
    Leviste St., Rizal Village, Paciano Rizal, Calamba City, Laguna to file my Certificate of Candidacy for the
    position of Sangguniang Kabataan Councilor. This is because I have not allowed by the company to take
    a leave due to the ongoing operation that needs to be accomplished in a specified time.
