Mr. Abdulla Mohamed

Human Resources Director, AMTP – 04

BAPCO

P.O. Box 25555 Awali, Bahrain

Dear Mr. Mohamed,

I am applying for the position of a Trainee to show my interest in BAPCO’s Assistant Manager
Training Programme in the Web Media department, as advertised in the Gulf Daily News.

I am amazed by the effort that BAPCO is making to encourage and help youth by providing
them with the Training Programme, which will help in preparing them for future work
experience and developing their skills. By providing such training programs and opportunities to
prepare youth, I strongly believe that this Training Programme is what will firm the youth
personality and skills, and such contributions and opportunities in the youth life are what make
BAPCO succeed and stand out from other companies.

I am a current third year Web Media student at Bahrain polytechnic, where I strongly believe
that my degree, qualification, and skills provided me with an excellent knowledge in using
different web designing tools such as Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
Aftereffect and more. Within our courses, we learn different languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP
and more in order to create our own web design content. I believe that my study have prepared
me for the working environment, as my education and skills could be valuable addition to
BAPCO.
The environment at Bahrain Polytechnic has helped me to develop my skills in order to face
challenges and overcome them by taking simple actions. Moreover, the environment has also
improved my communication and self-management skills to obtain my goals. Bahrain
Polytechnic has also improved both my teamwork and problem solving skill by providing us with
Problem Based Learning projects (PBL) that aims to solve similar life situations by working with
a team. Working with individuals as a freelancer, provided me with different knowledge and
skills in designing, as now I am able to create professional designs by using different software
like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I am now more confidence and familiar with using
appropriate designing elements.

As a former member of Make Them Smile and Taa Alshabab organizations, I have experienced
working in a culturally diverse environment. Additionally, being a Polytechnic student, and a
freelancer both provided me with the ability to work and communicate with people from
different backgrounds, thoughts, religions, personalities, and taste. These experiences have
supported my teamwork, communication, and creativity skills that are required in a work
environment.

I am looking forward to your reply for an opportunity in order to attend a meeting at your
convenience to discuss my CV and skills.

Yours Sincerely,

Khadija Alhusaini
