Product Description Chemrite Primer - 3 is a one component, epoxy-polyurethane
solvent based primer

Uses Chemrite Primer -3 is used as a primer on porous substrates for
Chemaflex 276 polyurethane.

Storage Conditions/ 24 months from date of production if stored properly in
Shelf Life original, unopened packaging at temperatures between -5°C and

Application Details

Consumption ~ 4 – 6m² per litre depending on porosity of the substrate.

Application Instructions
_______________________________________________________________________________
Substrate Quality Clean, sound and dry, homogeneous, free from grease, dust and
loose particles. Paint, laitance and other poorly adhering particles
must be removed. Standard construction rules must be observed.

Applications Substrate Temperature +5°C min. / +35°C max..
Conditions/ Ambient Temperature +5°C min. / +35°C max.
Laminations Substrate Humidity Maximum moisture content of substrate
should be no greater than 8%.

Application Methos/ Apply Chemrite Primer -3 evenly in a thin layer by brush
Tools or roller. Allow to flash off for at least 1 hour before application
of sealant. Sealant should be applied within 24 hours of applying
Chemrite Primer -3.

Cleaning Tools Clean all tools and application equipment immediately after use.
Hardened/ cured material can only be mechanically removed
