 Configuration of Inventory Management (GR,GI)

w.r.t PO/Deliveries/Others.

Store with one step and to step procedures.
 Having knowledge on Transfer Postings i.e. I to Unrestricted and Unrestricted
to Block, Block to QI.
 Knowledge on Manual Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting.
 Knowledge on Batch Management and MRP.

 Good knowledge on configuration of Invoice Document and Accounting number range

assignment.
 Knowledge on Invoice Verification, Credit memo, Subsequent Credit and Debit, Parking
of invoice, Blocking and Release of Invoice.
 Creation of Release Procedures for both internal (PR) and external purchasing
(PO) documents.
 Knowledge on Account determination and Pricing procedure.

 Exposure to special procurement types like Subcontracting, Consignment, Pipeline, Third

Party and Stock Transfer Order.
