MANAGER FINANCE

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager Finance who will be entrusted
to oversee and manage the finance function of the Company.

Responsibilities
As Manager Finance, the new member will be responsible to Develop, Analyze and Monitor both
the current and past trends in Key Performance Indicators, oversee Budget Comprising, create
Financial Reports, develop Financial Models to support Strategic Initiatives, Formulate and
enforce necessary Implementations in order to provide accurate and timely recommendations to
the Management.

Requirements
Should have Excellent Interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Should possess
thorough know how of all Bank related matters including compilation and submittance of Finan-
cial Plans. Should have a clear insight into the Tax Protocols & Financial Regulations currently
being practiced. Should also possess sound knowledge in Auditing and Cost Control.

Experience
A minimum 5-years’ experience in the Managerial or same capacity.

Qualification
Holding an MA in the field of Finance or Accounting. CIMA Strategic Level or equivalent profession-
al qualifications will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package between MVR 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 will be accorded in
accordance with the relevant experience and qualification.
