Hydrostatic Pressure Test

For Max Test Pressure Pmax, Refer to 100239276 AB, Table 1

Note: Do not exceed yield pressure of the tubing throughout the test

Acceptance Criteria <10% of Max Test Pressure

Test Procedure

1 Increase the pressure from ambient to differential pressure 1000±500 psi

Hold 1000±500 psi for 10 Mins. Monitor Pressure Drop for next 10 Mins and Check

Acceptance Criteria

3 Bleed the Pressure to Ambient Dwell for 10 mins

4 Continue the test if Step 2 Passes

Increase the pressure from ambient to Max Test Pressure (7500psi). Hold for 10 mins and

Monitor presssure for next 10 mins. Check Acceptance Criteria

6 Bleed the pressure to 1000±500 psi. Dwell for 10 Mins.

7 Repeat Step 5 & 6 for a total of 5 cycles

8 Bleed the Pressure to Ambient
