First of all, we, Behn Meyer Vietnam sincerely thanks for the cooperation of Rostaing Vietnam Co., Ltd
with us over the years.

Based on the contract of borrowing goods of your with us, namely, contract number 18012016/BMVN-
RT; 01022016/BMVN-RT and 24022016/BMVN-RT. We would like to summarize the total quantity of
goods as table below:

By this dispatch, we would like to require your company refund the goods above or pay the equivalent
amount under agreement of both side. In case your company does not to respond the solution for this
case to us until the end of May 2018, we regret to inform that we have to submit your case to the Legal
Department.
