This legal notice sending to you on the behalf of my client M/S GOLDEN JUBLEE

FOOD AND BEVERAGES PRIVATE LTD Mr. Madan Kumar S/o Shri Charan Singh

R/o 103 , Nirmal Tower , Barakhamba Road ,Connaught Place, New

Delhi:110001.

1. That my client taken your premises address ……. In the monthly rent Rs. 1,2000

And given the security amount Rs. 1,80000 hdfc By cheque not

,,,,,,,,,,,,,Cheque of date …………….. Cheque no 006275 of ICICI Bank , Preet Vihar

, Delhi.
2. That on dated due to problem of sealing of the above said premises you were

not inform to my client about the sealing and you and your family members

transfer the good and items of my client from the outside of the premises there

my client found mostly goods were stolen and most of documents were stolen.

The value ofd the goods Rs. 30 Lakh

3. That you giving the false statement to my client about the goods and sealing

incident because the goods of my client near about Rs. 60 ‘’Lakh in your

position and your have malafide intension against my client and your are not

giving the said goods to my client.

4. After this incident, that ,my client is job less and my client has the good

reputation in the society, the compensation amount of Rs. 55lakhs is also

recover from you with interest.

5. If you will not compensate the Rs. …… to my client within 15 days then my

client will file the civil case and criminal case against you with interest rate of

24% per annum.

6. The legal notice fees Rs. 51000 will be recover from you and the copy of the

legal notice kept in my office for further correspondence.
