6.

6 Quality Control tracking register

All performed Inspections and Test will be included in an


overall reporting System “Quality Control Tracking
Register”, in order to monitor and follow up the Inspection
and Test described in the ITP’s.
SUBCONTRACTOR´s shall keep a Quality Control Tracking
Register including all required inspection and test
progress for every system, when it is scheduled,
notification reference, when it was completed, the
verification document reference and if any Non-
Conformance detected during the inspection and or test.
This Tracking Register shall be provided periodically to
CONTRACTOR in editable format (e.g. excel file) on weekly
basis or upon request.
CONTRACTOR will use its own Quality Control Tracking
Register in the
Construction Phase to control the inspection and test
progress. This register will include all CONTRACTOR and
SUBCONTRACTORs Quality data and required inspection
and tests for every system.
Inspection and test status reports, provided by this
register, shall be kept updated and shall be available for
CLIENT Representative’s review at any time.

7. Control of measuring and monitoring devices


CONTRACTOR and its SUBCONTRACTORs shall include
procedures for the control of inspection, measuring and
testing equipment.
Specific tools and equipment will be identified to make and
perform tests in the field with instructions for their use,
calibration, and storage. CONTRACTOR and its
SUBCONTRACTORs shall identify, maintain, control, adjust,
and calibrate tools, gauges, instruments, and other
measuring and testing devices used for activities controlling
quality.
Calibration will be performed at established periods as
specified in project specifications or other international
standards, or approved Subcontractors' procedures; in no
case shall the calibration cycle exceed six (6) months.
Every SUBCONTRACTOR will have an updated list of
measuring and testing equipment, which identify the state of
calibration for all of them.
This record will include at least, the following information:
 Equipment Identification.
 Serial Number.
 First calibration date.
 Last calibration date.
 Validity date
 Repairs that any instrument have been done.
 Calibration certificate. Calibration records must demonstrate
traceability to national /international standards where
appropriate.
In accordance with this list, every measuring and test
equipment will be labeled / tagged. The label contains at
least the following information:
 Measuring and test equipment identification code.
 Last calibration date.
 Next calibration date / Validity Date.

8. Quality Control activities coordination.
