We are glad to inform you that you have been approved of a home loan amounting
to PHP 1,221,599.42 (79%of the Total Contract Price) payable in 5 years.

The projected monthly amortization is PHP 23,617.00 based on the prevailing interest rate of 6.00%
fixed for 1 year(prevailing interest rate thereafter).

Release of loan proceeds via Manager's Check will be payable to the DEVELOPER and the excess (if any)
will be made payable to you.

3. Other post-approval requirements, if any.


Upon booking of your account, you may enjoy the convenience of paying your monthly amortization
through the following options:
1. Over-the-counter (OTC) at any PSBank branch
2. Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) by simply opening a PSBank savings account
3. Online Payment using your enrolled deposit account thru PSBank Online Banking

Also, let me introduce you to PSBank Prime Rebate. When you pay your amortization in excess or
advance, guaranteed, you will have your rebate! (Attached file for your reference).

The approved loan is valid until September 14, 2018. Please note that we will have to re-evaluate your
loan application when the approval validity expires. This means it will again undergo credit evaluation.

As per telephone conversation this afternoon, we will send the mortgage loan documents for your
signature at our PSBank - San Jose Del Monte Branch (near Tungko Church).

Once signed, the loan documents will be sent back to us. Please let us know once your husband is off-
board so we could re-send the loan documents back to the branch for his signature.

I am resending the total bank charges amounting to PhP 35,399.48 (*now inclusive of the fire
insurance) with breakdown as follows:
