Esteemed readers:
The origin of Astrology is unknown. It is also not known as to when it

commenced to be practiced in India and other countries.
There is a mention about planetary positions at the time of birth of

Lord Rama in the epic Ramayana, said to be penned first by Sage
Valmiki.
The year of birth of lord Rama, according to many software programs,

goes to BC 5114.
However, over eras and centuries, Astrology is termed and

considered as a subject and object of belief by a particular
religion. It is misunderstood and mis-conceptualized as a subject
of superstition or fatalism by many in the modern world too.
Partly our fore-bearers are also to be blamed for this. Remedial

measures prescribed by an astro are related to religious
practices and secret procedures.
Hence it is too easier to misunderstand this subject by general

mass and term it as a subject married to a particular religion.
People seldom understood that Astrology is science. Many believe

that Astrology is a marriage matching tool. General masses hae
not understood the depth of this science.
Every astro should face upto the challenges of presenting the

respectable professions after medical line, when in today’s
world, where the options to choose a field in various other areas
are prominent. Parents in India, still like to enforce and
instill concept and idea into their kids, of becoming either
Doctors or Engineers. Let us look into the Astrological Planets
and combinations that make one take up Engineering Studies.
It has been experienced that different planets with different
signs are involved in molding an engineer. The lords of the 2nd,

Analysis of Natal Chart:
 For education, let us consider houses 04 and 09, while 11th house
stands as a supporting house.
 A combination of Mars, Saturn and Mercury indicates line of

education towards engineering, when they are linked to the above
houses.
 04th House falls in Sagittarius and its lord Jupiter (signifying

houses 04, 07), Planets in the stars of Jupiter (Punarvasu,
Vishaka, Purvabhadra) also become the significators of 04th house.
No planets are placed in Jupiter’s stars. Sun is posited in 04th
house, while Ketu is in the house of Sun. Jupiter is placed in 7th

house in the star of Saturn (signifying houses 01, 05, 06),

linking houses (01, 04, 05, 07 and 11).
 09th house falls in Taurus and its lord Venus is placed in

Scorpio in 03rd house signifying houses (02, 03, 09), Planets in
the stars of Venus (Bharani, Purva, Purvashada) also become the
significators of 9th house. SUN is in the star of Venus,
positioned in 4th house in Sagittarius, in Purvashada star and
hence signifies Venus. Venus is in the star of Saturn (signifying

The chart under discussions is of a Qualified Mechanical

Engineer, signifies Mars, Saturn and Mercury clearly:
 Mars, a fiery planet, which represents energy and force

positioned in Lagna, in own star, Chithra.
 Saturn, signifies labor, force, positioned in lagna and
conjoined with Mars, positioned in Moon Star, Hasta. Moon
represents Jupiter, and Jupiter signifies Saturn by placement
in Uttarabhadra star. So, one could see how the planetary
combinations are clearly forming the link.
 Mercury signifies Mathematics, drawings and mental abilities
which are the integral parts of Engineering studies,
positioned in own star in Scorpio.
 Dasa running at the when native had joined Engineering studies

was SAT-RAH-MERC in the year 1970. 04th lord Jupiter is in the
star of Saturn and is under aspect from both Saturn and Mars. 09th
lord Venus (03) is also in the star of Saturn. Sun is posited in
the star of Venus in 04th house, too is under aspect of Mars. Mars

Baby was born on 22 Apr 2012 at 6-15 a.m. in a hospital in Banda

in Sagar Dist., Madhya Pradesh, Central India, but unfortunately
died at 6-40 a.m. on the same day. (The time of birth was given by an astro-
friend).
This longevity or infant death, according to savants and sages of

our ancient India, comes under balarishta, i.e., life upto 8
years.
Rule is: if 01, 03, 08 are linked to dush-sthana (06, 08, 12)
along with maraca and badhaka, one shall have balarishta (without
linking to punya houses viz. 01, 05, 09).
KP analysis is as per sub lord system using significations of

planets, unequal house division as per placidus house system.
Vedic principle advocates students to check as per planets

position, aspect, conjunction, malefic, benefic, ganda antha,
mruthyu ghatika, etc. etc. Astrologers in Kerala take Mandi,
Gulika, etc. too for evaluation.
We could check based on KP system using sub lord using cusp.

01) Badhaka lord Mars is in maraca house.

02) It is in 08th lord Mars star, Chitra in Libra.
03) 11th lord Badhka Saturn is aspecting lagna.
04) Rahu is posited in Scorpio in the star of Saturn and sign
of Mars. So Rahu offers 01,07,08,11 houses.
05) So Rahu offers very negative role.
06) DBAS do not have Rahu, but prana lord is Rahu.
07) What about lagna lord Mars. Mars is in Ketu star in Leo.
08) Is that enough? Of course Mars thus signifies maraca.
09) It is also felt that Jupiter, Sun and Moon are also under aspect
from Saturn and that they are linked to maraca houses through Venus.
Under these conditions and the combinations offered by planets, the

death of the baby is indicated on the same day.

It was reported by an astro friend that a baby was born on 22 Apr
2012 at 05-00 a.m. at Banda, India, but unfortunately died little
later.
But from the point of view of birth time rectification, the exact
time of birth should be 4-58-35 a.m., as against the given time
of 5-00 a.m.
Using the free JHora, this is arrived at by adjusting the time,

say:
01) Lagna cuspal sub lord is Venus.

02) 09th cuspal sub lord is Moon.
03) Moon is in the star of Venus in Aries (Bharani).
04) Hence there is link between lagna (this birth) and 09
(last birth) cuspal sub lord.
Hence the actual time of birth should be 4-58-35 as per what are
appearing in Jhora.

In the comparision of planetary position of birth and rebirth, we

see the following configurations;

The rebirth has occurred after about 15 months after the death.
When we see the pre natal chart for this re birth, it is seen
that there is a gap about 9 months, where the soul had in its
astral stage, before finding a place for reincarnation.
We have observed in some re birth analyses that the soul is in

its astral state even less than the conception period. This
indicates that the soul could enter the next birth at any moment,
which would be less than the period of child’s development in
side mother.
When the dasha is considered, the first birth had occurred in the

In Carnatic Music basing on Swaras we have got 72 Melakarthas / Ragas
were prevailing. In these 72 Melakartha Ragas we can see 12 Divisions
multiplied by 6 Swarms total put together 72 Ragas were generated.
Wherein 12 Divisions have connection with 12 Zodiac signs and the
swarms 6.
Now coming to the Sapta swarms of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha (Suddha) Ni
(Kaisika) plus 5 additional second swaras of Re (Chatusruthi) Ga
(Antara) Ma (Prati) Dha (Chatusruthi) Ni (Kakali) are added which
comes to total 12 signs. Wherein Sun and Moon have got each one

Since Julian Assange is a Libra ascendant, so his 11th house lord

Sun is a Badhaka planet. The current mahadasha lord Saturn, rules
4th house and 5th house in his astrology chart, and is in Badhaka
planet Sun’s nakshatra Krittika. This makes Saturn a Killer
planet in his astrology chart. Julian Assange was in Saturn
mahadasha since Oct 1995. But he experienced the evil results of
Saturn in 2010, 2011, 2012 when he was going through Rahu Bhukti
in Saturn mahadasha. Rahu in his astrology chart is in Saturn’s
sign, Capricorn. Rahu is stronger than Saturn to deliver the evil
results of Saturn, as nodes of the moon Rahu and Ketu are always
more powerful than the planets they represent to deliver good or
bad results indicated by those planets. Mahadasha lord Saturn was
transiting badhaka planet Sun’s nakshatra, Utra Phalguni in Virgo
sign (first 10 degrees), and from there the transit Saturn was
aspecting the ascendant lord Venus’s natal position and Badhaka
house lord Sun’s natal position in Gemini, by its 10th aspect, in
the year 2010, when the alleged rape incident happened, and his
warrants were issued. The 5th house in the astrology chart
represents a person’s sex life. When the lord of 5th house has

connection with the Badhaka house, 8th house and 12th house then
person can become victim of rape allegations or may become a rape
victim himself or herself or commit sex crimes during the
mahadasha or bhukti of such planets, Saturn and Rahu in Julian
Assange’s case.
Saturn mahadasha is very evil for Julian Assange, and will

continue until Oct 2014. His life is at risk during this period
as the maha dasha lord Saturn is a killer planet in his chart.
The Rahu Bhukti (May 2009 to March 2012) in Saturn Maha dasha was
very evil as Rahu is in Saturn’s sign. The current bhukti lord
Jupiter has helped him get refuge in Ecuador Embassy in London,
as Jupiter being in 4th and 5th house lord Saturn’s nakshatra has
given him a temporary home in Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
Jupiter at this moment is retrograde until Jan 30th, 2013 will
keep him in a limbo state. The Saturn and Mars opposition from
April 12th to May 22nd, 2013 and then from August 18th to Oct 5th,
2013 are very sensitive times when the chances of his arrest and
prosecution are very high. During the period from August 18th to
end of Oct 2013 there will be a Saturn and Rahu conjunction that
will take place in Libra sign, is not good at all for Julian
Assange.
His time will be somewhat favorable for some kind of settlement

with the authorities between May 22nd and August 18th 2013 as
Jupiter will transit over his natal Venus and natal Sun in Gemini
and from there Jupiter will aspect mahadasha lord Saturn’s
transit position in Libra. Also during this time Julian Assange
will be in Saturn / Jupiter / Venus period. Another favorable
period for some settlement will be Saturn / Jupiter / Mars period
from March 19th, 2014 to May 12, 2014 as Venus and Mars are the
best planets in Julian Assange’s astrology chart as Venus is in
Mrigashira and Mars is in Dhanistha, both nakshatras are the best
nakshatras for Libra ascendant.
The health will continue to deteriorate even if he survives the

Saturn maha dasha, as the next maha dasha lord Mercury rules 9th
and 12th house and is also in 3rd and 6th house lord Jupiter’s
nakshatra, and is aspected by Jupiter by its 9th aspect, in his
natal astrology chart. Mercury has a strong connection with the
3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th houses, cannot give him a permanent home,
and may make him move from place to place. Mercury’s 12th house
connection indicates prison time or living in a secluded place if
not in prison.

How can we astrologically explain that a longevity of 90 years which is

close to purna aayu was achieved by the native?
08th lord is Jupiter. It is in 05th house, which is punya house. Stars

ruled by Jupiter are punarvasu, visakha and Purva Bhadra. There are no
planets in these stars. Rahu and Ketu are not linked to Jupiter. Hence
Jupiter alone is signifying 08th house.
Badhaka is Saturn. Saturn is in badhaka house. It is not aspecting
Jupiter. Jupiter is not in star of badhaka Saturn. Planets posited in
star of Saturn are Mercury, Mars and Moon. But they are in 03rd house.
They are not linked to Jupiter.
Of course, Jupiter is in the star of Sun, while Sun is in Mercury star.
Mercury could give badhaka result, but not Sun.
Hence Jupiter is sole significator of longevity and it is strong.
Lagna lord is Venus. Its stars are bharani, Purva and Purva ashada.
No planets in these stars. Ketu and Rahu shall denote Venus as Ketu is
in Venus sign and Rahu is in Ketu’s star. No other planet in their
stars. Hence lagna significators are Venus and Nodes. Venus is in 05 th
house and it is in the star of Sun. The status of Sun with regard to
longevity is discussed. Hence Venus is also strong.
Hence it is definite that native will get 66-99 range of aayu, for
sure. Death is mandatory. One day everyone has to shed his mortal coil,
which is holding the soul.
Hoover died on 20 Oct 1964 at 11-35 am, New York, during the VMD of
Jupiter-Saturn-Ketu-Venus.
Jupiter is lord of 08-longevity. Saturn is badhaka. Ketu is in Rahu
star and Venus sign, while Venus is lagna lord. sookshma lord Venus is

lagna lord. So, 1, 8, badhaka have come into picture. Ketu could be
taken as mokshakaraka too.
Native had completed 66 years in 1940. Native was running Mars VMD
during this period upto 1943. Next VMD was of Rahu. Always watch Rahu
carefully. Rahu is neither signifies 08 nor badhaka or maraca. It only
signifies Venus (01, 06, 05, 04, 03). So offers these results only. It
signifies Mars too of course. At this stage, let us remember one thing
is that 06th lord Venus is in 05. This makes 5th stronger than 6th. 6th is
illness and 5th is recovery from this. So Rahu, offering result of 5
more, keeps native fit. So Rahu period ended. Next period is of
Jupiter. In this dasha / bukti periods, Jupiter-Jupiter first operates.
Jupiter denotes houses 11, 08, 05, 04 and 03. So Jupiter has got
longevity, recovery, home, change of place, short journey etc. But
there is no badhaka link or the lagna link.
So Jupiter does not get grip of badhaka or lagna to kill the native. He
has to wait for the appropriate bhukti to arrive. Next bhukti is of
Saturn.
He is dangerous as lord and occupant of 09th house (badhaka). Saturn

makes native weak, especially at the age of 90. Bhukti lord Saturn does
not have link with lagna. So he has to wait until an appropriate antara
to come. Next antara is Mercury.
Mercury is 02, 05, 03, 09 and 10. It indicates badhaka. Still there is
no lagna. So, next Antara is of Ketu. Ketu is linked to lagna through
Venus. So antara of Ketu and Sookshma of Venus was selected by almighty
god.

This Music Therapy concept is very popular among Carnatic

Classical Musicians at senior level discussing the same thru many
forums. Nowdays in one of the health channel also one Classical
Musician is discussing about different raagas and their benefit
in healing the different types of health problems common to the
society in this new age.
I got an idea to make a survey on this concept since 2008, as I
am already writing articles on different areas each year, this
2013 I ear marked for this Medical Astrology vs. Music Therapy
healing techniques thru Raagas.
For that I need some good musician should support to get the
input on music area and Jyotisha side we will try to analyse the
same. As I am a newbie for this topic, I need all the
Astrologers/ Musicians / Readers of this Ezine should come
forward with their valuable suggestions so that this can go a
long way in getting better results on medical side also.

For longevity we have to take houses 1, 3, 8. 1st house signifies

body. 08th house is for aayu or house of longevity. 3rd becomes 8th from
8th house, as per bhavat bhavam. But according to experience we have
until now, 3rd house do not any role in deciding longevity.
Houses 01, 05 and 09 are punya houses.

Houses 03, 06, 10 and 11 are progressive houses.
Houses 11, 09, 07 are badhaka houses for chara, sthira, dual houses
respectively. So, 9th house as badhaka for sthira lagna, which has to
be removed from punya houses when longevity is deciphered. Sthira lagna
are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.
But 11th house is badhaka for all moveable or chara lagna, which are
Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.
Houses 02 and 07 are maraca houses. This is because 07 negates 08 and

03 negates 02. But in my humble experience maraca houses do not much
more stronger say in deciding death, except in some typical cases.
One could die during the signifying period of 1 (body), 8 (longevity),
badhaka or maraca.
If 01 and 08 are linked to good houses such as 01, 05, 09, longevity
shall be good. Longevity shall also be good if connected to progressive
houses without linking to badhaka.
Indeed badhaka plays a prominent role in longevity and death.
Mr. Gandhi was born with Capricorn Asc.
Unfortunately, Mr. Gandhi was killed at around 7-45 a.m. on 23 Jun 1980
at New Delhi, during the VMD of Moon-Mercury-Venus-Saturn-Rahu through
an air plane accident.

Venus, 04th house denote vehicle. For an air borne vehicle Mercury
along with airy sign shall come into effect. Mercury is the
winged messenger.
When lagna, 06, 08 Mars and Saturn are linked along with badhaka
and maraca house, one could die due to injury or by weapon. If
there a connection with Mercury, airy sign, venus, and / or 04th
house, one could die in air due to injury. Mars and 06th

indicates injury. 8 house stands for accident, when linked to
Mars and 01, 06.
DBAS of Moon-Mercury-Venus-Sat-Rahu ran at time of accident and death.

Moon is lord of 07 (maraca). It is in 08th house (longevity or
accident—if linked to 1, 6 and Mars). Moon is in star of Ketu. Ketu
occupies 11, which is badhka for Capricorn Asc.
Hence dasha lord Moon signifies 7 (maraca), 8 (accident, longevity),
badhaka.
Bhukti lord Mercury signifies 6 (cuts and wounds). 06th house can be
any other signification too. But cuts or wounds are taken, since Mars
is aspecting 06th house. Mercury denotes air plane, being the winged
messenger. Also Ketu is in Scorpio shall signify Mars. It is conjunct
with Mer. So Mars and Mercury result Ketu gives.
Antara lord Venus is lord of 5 (joy). Indeed Mr. Gandhi was on a joy
ride on that fateful day. Venus is in an airy sign (air related). It is
in karaka for vehicle. Venus is in star of Jupiter in Libra (Visakha),
who signifies 3 (short journey). Jupiter is in an airy sign. So short
journey by air is indicated
Sookshma lord Sat signifies 01 (self, or body). It is lord of 2

(maraca). It is in 07 (maraca). It is aspected by Mars from 12 th house.
Mars is posited in 12th house, which indicates restlessness, sudden
action, thrust forward, etc.
Prana lord Rahu is signifying Moon, Venus, Sun and Mercury. This is
because it is in star of Rohini, ruled by Moon. It is in Taurus ruled
by Venus. It is aspected by Mercury and Sun.
The significations of Moon, Venus and Mercury are discussed above.
So houses 01 (body), 06 (cuts and wounds), 08 (accident or longevity),

Mars (injury, badhaka) and Saturn (destruction, lagna lord and maraca
signifying planet) have come into picture along with maraca and
badhaka.
Sun is lord of 08th house, which is for longevity. It is in badhaka

house. It is in star of Mercury, Jyeshta. Mercury is also in badhaka
house. Hence Sun is quite detrimental to give good longevity.
The signifying bodies of 08th house are Sun, Moon and Nodes (Rahu and
Ketu). All of them are linked to badhaka house viz. 11th. Lagna lord
Saturn signifies 02 and 07 and is under aspect of Mars from
Sagittarius, who is badhaka. To add fuel to fire, Mars is in star of
Ketu, who is also badhaka house occupant.
Hence unfortunately, there is no escape. No longevity is seen in this
chart.

Native died in the 34th year, which awarded just beginning of madhaya
aayu or at the end of alpa aayu.
Almost all planets are linked to badhaka house. This situation can
reduce longevity to alpa aayu, when 08 is weak as seen above. Native
lived upto this age because of Jupiter and Venus are posited in
Jupiter’s star, Visakha, in Libra.
Mr. Gandhi was killed in 2nd Saade-saath in his life.

The majority of emails that get sent to a palmist usually run something
like this, 'I have a line near my thumb that runs right across what
does it mean'?
please understand you cannot take any one line in isolation and read
accurate data from it, you have to balance every line together, the
whole hand category, psychological type and zodiac sign for total

palmistry, not many realized that early Christianity did too, I

devil will get me and, I am going to go to hell. How Christians and

and the 3 gifts from the blessed Trinity, which if you were very lucky
would each confer a 30 year span, today palmists generally work on 25
years.
Palmistry is one of those arts that is often condemned by those who

know nothing about it, the patron saint of palmistry and astrology St
Hugh was above all else a healer and a carer for the sick, and i often
adivise on Homeopathy Ayurvedic Medicine and German New medicine, and
not Allopathic medication which just deals with symptoms.
(3) is the main mark for healers when seen under the Mercury finger and
is also a tri-gram CHI'EN representing the creative power seen in the I
ching, remember the international torch symbol for healers, 'the wand

movement to ban anything not produced by the big pharma cartels
themselves, stage two is interesting as they have aligned with 2 big
Christian churches to ban what are called in preliminary papers;
'unwholesome and devilish psychic readings and healings' so while i
agree there are many scammers out there, to lump it all together and
ban it seems very wrong and anti-democratic to me and eliminates free
choice, in fact the words of the master were quite clear at Luke 17-
21; 'the kingdom of god is found within you not in churches, and
dogmatic hellfire preachers who tell us you can only use this kind of
medicine or that, and you cant have any kind of reading or spiritual
healing or counseling, and this just cant be right.
Gandhi said; 'god has no religion' so people who claim god says this or
that, or wants this war or that, or tells other people what is a right
or wrong thing to believe, are out of focus with the democratic
spirituality we should all have, god has no favourites, there are no
chosen people, no religious supremacists, because for someone to get
preference someone else would have to be penalized, do you think God
would do that? because I don’t remember there is no special 'get out of
jail' cards, and you cant buy your way into the next life, going to
church doesn’t make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage
makes you a car.
Palmistry was mentioned particularly by gods prophets Job and Isiaah,
so it is the lords invention, not the devils.
