Yes,scientists have discovered a new organ in the human body known as mesentery,which we were
totally unaware of.It actually connects intestines to the abdominal wall and aids the immune
system.It basically suspends small and large intestine from the posterior abdominal wall;holding
them in place,still allowing some movement.
