The undersigned officer reports on 6/2L/18 aL 1524 hours receiving a radio run
for juvenilea fighting aboard x2 buE #5417 holding at the 100 block of H Street
NE, DC. Upon the undersigned officer, and Officer G- McNabb #620 ar.ival at 200
block of H Street NE, DC, they noliced MPD Officerls Boone #4710, and Banks #2446
were already on scene, and had t.he defendant (later identlfied as -- Jane Doe) 1n
handcuffs sitting on the sidewalk next. to a blue umbrel1a, and broken glass
bottle of vodka. The undersigrred officer, and Officer McNabb #520 began to
separate, and interview the vlctims, and witnesses that remained on scene.
Officer Balhis #745, and Officer McNabb spoke with C-01 (Iater identified as --
B-M.), who advised that she l',as 4 a/2 ireeks pregrrant. She also stated that the
defendant began flghting random paLrons while aboard the bus for no apparent
reason. The defendant then turned to C-01 as C-01 attempted to exlt the bus, and
stated "Bitch, you pushed me!n At which time, Ehe defendant punched C-01 about
the right side of her face with a closed fist, causing a smalf faceration to her
right cheek- C-01 then stated she tried t.o ret.reat from the defendant's assault
by fl-eeing towards the rear door t.o exit the bus, C-01 fefl on the floor of the
bus while attempting to flee the defendant. While on the the floor, C-01 st.ated
the defendant continued to swear. and intentionalfy kicked her in her sLomach
multiple times. C-01 advised that she told patrons on the bus that she was
pregnant, at. which time patronE attempted to stop the defendant from assaulting
C-01. At some time a mafe patron forcefully removed the defendant from the bus.
While standing on the sider,7a1k, the defendant continued to assault C-01. The
defendant struck C-01 in the head with a glass bottle of vodka. The defendant
also struck C-01 with the blue umbrella mu1t.ip1e times abouL her body-
During the assault of C-01, C-02 (1ater identified aE-- s-N.) informed officer
ceorge #735, and of ficer
McNabb that lhe defendant swung a closed fist., and umbrella at her, nearly
striking her in the face. The defendant then grabbed C-02 by her blouse, and
attempted to puII her to the ground, cauEing a small abrasion to her upper chest

C-03 (l.ater identified as-- L.N.) spoke with Officer McNabb #520, and stated she
tried to slopped the defendant. af t.er she discovered that. C-01 was pregnant. C-03
advised thaL at some point. her and the defendant were off the bus, and the
defendant attempted to continue assault C-01. C-03 intervened and the defendant
began to punch C-03 wjth closed fists about her body multipl.e tj.mes. The
delendant also struck C-03 about her head with a blue umbrella causing C-03 to
have a headache. C-03 refused medical attention.

While seated on the bus C-04 (Iat.er idenitified as-- D.M.) informed the
undersigned officer t.he defendant felL on C-04 whife asEaulting other patrons
04 advj-sed that she ha6 paj.n on the entire left side of her body as a result, buL
refused medical attention -
C-01 was transported to Washington Hospital Center for what appeared to be non-
life Lhreatening injur-ies.
C.S.S. Diffley #771 pulled DVR footage from the bus, took on scene photographes
of Ehe glaEs boEEle, and umbrella. The urnbrella was placed on MTPD property book

While processing the undersigned was advised by Det. Waxmonsky D*955 at. 1856
hours that doctors at Washington Hospital Center informed C-01 that she suffered
a miscarriage from the assault. C-01 advised Det. Waxmonsky that she will provide
documention to verify that she was pregnant before the assault by the defendant-
