SongWriters Collection Vol. 3b is sonorous, colorful and highly playable sounds that are especially
suited for songwriting in music genres of rock, R & B, folk, pop, jazz, new age and film music.

The sounds are created in series, so that different versions of a sound may lie after another - but each
with their own expression and mood, and often with new layers or effects added. A few of the sounds
are modifications of Motif XS preset voices, but most are new unique sounds.

All sounds are programmed with specific controller settings, typical for the ASSIGNABLE FUNCTION
buttons 1 and 2 and the modulation wheel. This pre-programming allows you to add various twists and
tonal characters changes to the basic sounds.

In SongWriters Collection 3b 27 sounds from version 3a are replaced with better versions (highlighted
in green in the list). The discarded sounds can be found in a separate appendix file. On the following
pages you will find a data list containing the 384 sounds in version 3b plus the 27 discarded sounds
from version 3a.

About the creator of the sounds

My name is Per Skovgaard, I live in Denmark and since 1976 I’ve had a passion for
creating new sounds and soundscapes on a synthesizer - funky, rocking, expressive and
always evocative voices, which I myself think is a dream to play on.

When I create voices, I always do it in series. Instead of just picking one sound from each
series, I have chosen to give you all the best sounds from the series.

Much energy and many hundred hours of effort are put into creating the PSC Songwriters Collection Vol.
3b soundset, so I hope it will be useful and inspiring for you. Enjoy using the voices!
