1. Introduction
The scope of this Appendix to the Framework Agreement for Engineering Surface
Facilities Services - Low Complexity is to provide an informative list of mandatory laws
and codes to be applied by Contractor during the performance of the Framework
Agreement and of Subsequent Contracts.

The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and codes. Contractor is therefore
sole responsible for identifying any additional relevant legal requirements which are
not included in this list.

References to laws and codes from this list shall be construed as references to the
latest version of thereof for the time being in force, including any re-enactment or
amendments.
