transformations. In Toledo, we have a reenergized downtown on the banks of the largest river on the Great Lakes. Adding greenspace and river access, as envisioned in the Downtown Toledo Master
Plan, are vital to realizing our full potential as a the word-class city.”

with a wholistic approach considering climate, soils, and other

The New Urban Waterfront Park seeks to connect people back to Present

Adding to an already dynamic park program, urban camping Historic Land Cover
allows visitors to extend their park adventure at a lower cost, while
experiencing the unique opportunity of camping within the heart of
downtown.

WINTER PLAY Screenhouse Plaza Winter
Instead of hibernating during the winter months, explore outdoor
activities such as ice skating on a dynamic skating ribbon or racing
down Sled Hill.

History and culture will be celebrated throughout the park, Ice Cream Shack
particularly with the adaptive re-use of historic structures such
as the Acme Gate House, Screenhouse Plaza and the Ice Cream
Shack.
