Assignment 1- we had to create and two posters and write about the disadvantages and the
advantages of our app we got given to review from different categories

Assignment 2- We had to design an app with a main menu and different pages that would help teach
young children the alphabet, in assignment 2 document we had the design plans and we also
created this app on app inventor.

Assignment 3- In this assignment we had to design and create our own app with requirements of
making

Assignment 4- For the final assignment we had to write a review on our alphabet app which included
questions like how could I improve my app, what did other users say about it etc.

Unit 11- Computer Networks- In this unit we had to design and create our own network and test if it
works, this consisted of 4 assignments.

Assignment 1- This assignment was based on purpose of a network , this is where we talked about
each thing that is needed within a network to keep it stable and have good performance throughout.

Assignment 2- This assignment consisted of us designing the network for a chosen dental company,
this consisted of 7 documents of what the network was going to look like, the components list with
the budget, how and why we are designing it the way we are.

Assignment 3- This was developing a network in this assignment we took screenshots of how we set
up the IP address for the computers and all the folders and files with permissions. We also created a
test plan and tested each one with the chosen method.

Assignment 4- For the final assignment we had to review our network about what worked well with
it and add future improvements.

Unit 10- Databases- In this unit we had to design and build a database for a doctor’s surgery.

Assignment 1- For this assignment we had to design a PowerPoint talking about all the different
features in a database with examples and to talk about the different types of databases.

Assignment 2- in this assignment we had to design a database for a doctor’s surgery so how we
wanted our database to look like and why we wanted the things we wanted in this database with
alternative designs.

Assignment 3- we created our database and a questionnaire and we asked other users what they
liked and disliked about the database and we made improvements

Assignment 4- The final assignment was to write a review based on the database that we created
with further improvements and what requirements was met.

Unit 12- Software Development- Create a currency converter

Assignment 1- we had to look at two programs and compare them.
