C. Business Arising from the Previous Minutes

On Health Care Program/Ministry meeting with BOT-BOC
Issues: Have they met?
Response: Yes, xxxxxxxx is tasked to report regarding this and reserved such during the main agenda.

On Disparity of Retired Priests’ Allowances

Issue: Why disparity between xxxxxxxxxxxx allowances, as raised by Fr.xxxxxxxx
Response: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: He was the one celebrating the Mass at xxxxxxxx on regular basis. Such was
his desire to say mass always in order to have an additional income. When his health issues became
serious, Cathedral priests decided to have his xxxxxxxxx additional allowance.

Issue: Why xxxxxxxxxx allowance not the same with Fr. xxxxxxxxxx?
Response: xxxxxxxxxxx both received P 10,000 from the Chancery, plus P 7,000 from CBCP and P2,000
from xxxxxxxparish.
xxxxxxxxxx received an additional P5,000 from xxxxxxxxxl.

Archbishop proposed to level their allowances. Fr. xxxxxxx proposed that this be brought to xxxxxxxxx

Resolution 2017-12-1

Let it be resolved as it hereby resolves that all priests shall give their annual contribution xxxxxxxxxxx, and the
same shall be included in the January xxxxxx cathedraticum. Unanimously approved.

Fr. xxxxxxxxxxproposed that contributions to dues and other expenses like uniforms and the like be personally
shouldered by the priest himself and not to be charged to the parish. Noted. For further deliberation next meeting.

D. AGENDA

1. xxxxxxxxxxxxx Convention Evaluation

Fr. xxxxxx conveyed appreciation for the decision to change the venue from the usual xxxxxxx. Fr. xxxxxx
relayed how xxxxx clergy is now pressured being the host for 2018 convention, as the convention hosted by
Ozamis was generally excellent. xxxxxxxxx were commended for coming out with many prizes.

2. Treasurer’s Report – Fr. xxxxxxx

xxxxxxxxxxxxincluded?
Fr. xxxxxx raised this issue and inquired on what is really the policy regarding this matter since Fr.
xxxxxxxxasked P 10,000 from him as a ‘death aid’ to his brother who passed away.

It is unanimously approved to uphold previous policy – only parents of priests are entitled.
