Denver, CO, June 27, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Tokyo Joe's introduces its latest creation, the Banh Mi Bowl
just in time for summer. This decadent bowl includes white chicken tossed in homemade Joe's BBQ
sauce, pickled veggies, avocados, chopped greens, cilantro, jalapenos, a sous vide (soft poached) egg,
black lava sea salt and drizzled with Joe's spicy aioli over white rice. It is also available with a
hard-boiled egg.
This Banh Mi Bowl, inspired by the popular Vietnamese sandwich takes Tokyo Joe's culinary game to the
next level. Both hard core foodies and the casual eater are sure to be impressed.
“We began testing this bowl in May at our Park Meadows location and people loved it. Pickled
vegetables and sous vide eggs are not things you currently find outside of a traditional sit down Asian
Restaurant,” stated Mark Davis, Tokyo Joe's CEO.
The Banh Mi Bowl will be available at Tokyo Joe's locations system-wide through the end of the
summer.
