2. The employees selected would carry forward the seniority in their existing grade.

3. The eligible and interested Executives may send their applications in the prescribed format as given
overleaf. Their applications should come through proper channel, duly forwarded by their Head of
Department/Divisional Head. The particulars submitted by the applicants will be certified by respective
Zonal HR Executives. The applications, complete in all respect, must reach Dy. General Manager (HR)-Non-
Works, Administration Building, latest by 27th June 2018. lncomplete / late application will not be

entertained.

4. ln case of selection of Applicant, no replacement/substitute will be given. Therefore, applications

forwarded and received with a condition for replacement/substitute will be processed ignoring such
"condition".
