My daily routine is eating healthy and average sleepy of 7:30 hours per day, perhaps so well as
because I do just a little of exercise at all. everyday days I eat healthy. I have five meals per day
and I like to eat the lunch very well. In fact, one of my favorite food is rice basically, and I think
that is fine for my age, but it is also good as I do exercise too. I used to do more exercise years
ago but do not do it as much. so it is reflected in my gaining weight. that is the reason why i
decided to take changes in my routine this next week.
First of all, in the case of exercise I decided to take more time to do it, basically I increase the
time per two,
On the other hand, when it comes to sleeping, I tend to oversleep, ranging from ten to twelve.
I have been doing this for many years and is a well-embedded habit of mine that will be very
hard to change. Nonetheless, I have committed myself to reduce the hours I sleep every day by
two hours.
Finally, I decided not to make any changes in my diet because I already eat healthy. I have
three meals a day and each of these has the required components to make them very
