Study Group I12 Team Contract

We agree to the following terms:

Shared Goals

Build & sustain a synergistic team that will work towards fulfilment of following objectives:

 SMART and Action oriented planning for Group Projects

 Maximize P2P learning through Domain knowledge sharing among team members

 Cultivating holistic leadership qualities among team members through Constructive

Feedback sharing and holding team participating activities other than regular projects

Participation Expectations

 Promote uniform participation of team members in Planning, strategizing & execution of

projects/assignments

 Promote innovative ideas, Respect other team members opinions

 Be accountable for assigned responsibilities and adhere committed timelines

Decision Making Rules

 Assessing & evaluating all team member’s inputs & logics before taking final decision

 Avoid Pre-Decision-making & Post-Decision-making judgement and grudges towards

team members

Meeting Guidelines
 Meet twice a week for Project Planning, Execution validation and outcomes review

 Plan course outlines review meetings for identification of potential strain areas for the

team

 Track individual contributions and evaluate team’ performance w.r.t. other study groups

 Holding brainstorming and brainwriting sessions when new projects are received

Handling Disagreements

 Being Self-aware to avoid conflict generation situations in first place

 Discuss conflict arising inputs among team members with openness, use of brainwriting

 Work hard towards visualizing the Big Picture

How to give feedback to each other

 Adopt Constructive feedback mechanism

 Promote sharing of Feedbacks to influence others to achieve shared team values and

goals

Other norms, terms and conditions


The group agrees to review this contract every month. If the performance of the team is

deteriorating, team members will hold review meeting to discuss gaps, deviations from pre-

decided agendas and goals and make necessary changes driven towards fulfillment of goals.
