1. FRONT OF HOUSE
1.1. VSO #56793 CANCELLING A PROGRAM IN FOH BOUGHT WITH PAYMENT PLAN
Programs bought via payment plans can be cancelled in FOH. You can cancel the member in FOH by Bookings >
Sports Courses > Course, or by Member Info > Sports courses.
There is an additional field within inventory items for a field set to be attached. The field sets will pull through
from Back Office > User defined fields. If an inventory item has a field set attached, the user will be prompted to
complete the fieldset upon adding the item to the basket. If mandatory, the questions will need to be answered
before completing the transaction in FOH.
When a PIF service is cancelled in FOH there is now the option to issue a refund. The refund will be based on the
date between cancellation and the issue of the service and the refund options are, £0, the prorate between the
cancellation date and the original service end date, and a configurable amount that allows up to the original
figure paid. To be able to refund a custom amount the user will need the security token
"FOH_SERVICE_CANCELLATION_CUSTOM_AMOUNT"
2. LEGEND REPORTS/REPORTS

You are now able to open spreadsheets directly from my documents in the new Spreadsheet Gears
Application
You are now able to filter reports to show the previous month (and other months) to be shown in
Dashboards. This will allow you to compare Last Month with the same period last year with multiple columns
for example.
3. ONLINE SERVICES
The class timetable is now responsive, your theme will need to be responsive. Please contact Legend Support to
enable this for you. If you already have bookings responsive you do not need to do anything. If your theme is not
currently responsive, please contact Legend Support to discuss your options. Please note that adding to waiting
list is coming in a future release.
3.2. VSO #67195 MIGRATE VIEW / AMEND MY BOOKINGS TO RESPONSIVE
View and amend my bookings is now responsive. Please contact Legend Support to enable this for you. If your
theme is not currently responsive, please contact Legend Support to discuss your options.
If you have multilingual enabled this page will be translated.
If a contact group members communications preference is changed this is now audited. Please contact Legend
Support if you wish to see the audit.
3.4. VSO #69508 OPEN CREATE PROFILE AND LINK DIALOG FROM URL
You can now direct a member to a registration modal from a URL. Add ?registerandlink=true to the end of the
URL (Example: https://company.legendonlineservices.co.uk/enterprise/account/login?registerandlink=true).
This only possible if your theme is responsive, it is enabled, and the register option is enabled.
The following areas of Online Services have been redesigned with accessibility in mind:

4. EVENT MANAGMENT
You are able to bulk cancel events in LEMS, Events that have cancelation charges are clearly marked and you are
able to waive the charges if you have the correct security token.
Events can be configured to be Request Only, This is configured in BO > Configuration > Event Management >
Event Type > Make online bookings initially request only.
A message will appear indicating that it is a request only booking
The Value option in event notes can be disabled in BO > Configuration > Event management > Settings Allow
values on event notes.
Schedules can be turned off by going to BO > Configuration > Event Management > Settings > Enable Schedules.
If the setting is turned to False then the Schedule Type will not show in the BO Config settings, it will also not
show when creating an event and the Schedules tile will not be visible when looking at an Organisation.
The following Merge fields are now available in templates to provide customers with better information:

5. API
As an external service you are now able to set and view contact preferences for a contact so that I conform to
GDPR
You can now force a user to log in again, as opposed to make use of a pre-existing active session. Also, if a user
has already given consent to accessing their data it will no longer ask the member again. The login page will also
not have any branding.
It is now possible to configure Legend to not ask users for consent when signing in using SSO. Please contact
Legend Support to get this configured
6. SPORTS COURSES
6.1. VSO #43938 REFUNDING EXTRAS WHEN MOVING BETWEEN SPORTS COURSES IN BACK
OFFICE
It is now possible to refund extras separately to course fees when moving courses. You can refund the full
amount or give no refund no refund. For example, a member is moving from Stage 1 to Stage 2. In Stage 1 they
use a float and they have chosen to hire one. In Stage 2 the member no longer needs a float, so they can no
refund the remaining amount.
You can now bulk move members from one course to another. The can only be done if the course is at the same
location and must be term based.
You will need the security token SC_MERGE_COURSES, this will be disabled on deployment.
When you are ready to bulk move members the Bulk Move button will be displayed on the course details page.
Search for and select the course you wish to move to. Then you will be able to select which members you wish
to move. You also have the option to move and email. Any outstanding balance after the move will be displayed.
Please note that the balance column will not update until a future release. Any charges or credit will be still
generated and can be seen in FOH, MM and Back Office. Any charges from a previous course that have not been
paid for will be cleared during the bulk move and the new fees will be charged.
If the target course does not have enough capacity the following message will be shown.
A program can now have multiple bundles assigned to it. This can be done on the template, when creating and
editing a program. When adding to a currently running program, previous bookings will not be affected, any
new enrolees will be asked the new bundle configuration. When enrolling on a program it will act if there is only
one bundle assigned this is for the ease of use.
