Proposed system

The following performance characteristics were taken care of in developing

the system.

effectively, without any difficulty.

2. User Satisfaction

The system is such that it stands upon the user expectations.

3. Response Time

Response time of all the operations is very slow. This has been made possible by

careful programming

4. Error handling

Response to user has been taken into consideration to ensure that the system

operates without halting. In such situation error messages are given to user.

5. Safety

The system is able to avoid catastrophic behavior

6. Robustness

The system recovers from undesired events without human intervention.

7. Security

The system provides protection of information(credit card nos. in case of

payment of tickets online) through the mechanism of password incorporated in it.

Therefore, only authorized people can access the databases.

8. Accuracy

The system is accurate. Thus, its utility is very high.

9. Flexibility

a) To validations

This results in a thorough testing of the dealer’s details, and the

system is such that likely to changes and modifications can easily be

incorporated.

b) Portability

The system can be moved to a new hardware / operating system.

c) Throughput

The system gives the maximum throughput.

d) Cost Element
