Purpose of Presentation
•  Review demographic and academic data at Shallowford Falls over the
past four years to identify any changes.

•  Review 3rd Grade English Language Arts (ELA) data in comparison to the
state and district levels.

•  Determine strengths and weaknesses among current 3rd Grade ELA


instruction.

•  Determine ways to alleviate the achievement gap between all students


and students with disabilities.

•  What ideas can we incorporate into the current ELA instruction to address
