2. Main objectives
Reporting to the Group xxxxx, this position will be responsible for:
 Designing of an overarching CR/Sustainability plan for the Company including
definition of CR/sustainability, vision, targets, policies, strategy, programs and
activities.
 Expanding and elevating the Company’s understanding of the expectations
and major trends from customers, employees, investors, consumers, research,
laws and regulations and the broader society with respect to responsible
corporate citizenship.
 Interacting with the leaders of business and corporate functions, and
collaborating in the development and implementation of the CR/Sustainability
plan and product material compliance plan.
 Serving as steward/champion/expert across the CR/Sustainability landscape.
 Communicate and report CR/Sustainability internally as well as externally
 Ensure KA product environmental and material compliance (RoHS, REACH,
etc)

3. Area of Responsibility/Personal Tasks


 Have the overall overview of the CR/Sustainability plan and coordinate the
implementation.
 Advise the Company’s leadership on global best practices with respect to CR.
Monitor and analyze the CR/Sustainability plan of other similarly sized
companies, to companies in same sector and to company leaders.
 Assist the Company in assessing the legal, societal and business risks and
opportunities with respect to CR/Sustainability. Assess, prioritize, monitor and
address potential challenges and risks. Elevate emerging issues where
appropriate.
 In collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the Company’s business
units and functions, drive the development and execution of the
CR/Sustainability plan so that it is consistent with the overall company’s
strategic framework and objectives and aligned with the business’ strategies.
 With authority from senior leadership, develop appropriate goals and metrics
and process for measuring the Company’s performance with respect to CRS.
 Lead stakeholder engagement for the Company. Build strategic alliances and
coalitions with key constituency groups (automotive associations, local
organization etc.) whose work and missions are aligned with the Company’s
priorities.
 Work effectively with the communications, marketing & sales teams to
advance the Company’s reputation with respect to CR. As needed, represent
the company in diverse and high-profile situations globally.

 Direct the coordination of enterprise-wide CR initiatives. Direct specific project


management to ensure that CR programs, initiatives, and related activities are
successfully executed. Direct the day-to-day management of CRS processes
and programs to ensure that the mission is maximized and resources are used
effectively and efficiently.
 Effectively communicate the CR/Sustainability plan internally to create a
companywide CR/Sustainability engagement
 In collaboration with internal stakeholders ensure … product environmental
and material compliance.

 Line level employees
 CR/Sustainability representatives from the business

CR
 Other external stakeholders as needed (e.g. customers)

5. Competence profile (Required)


 Experience managing a CR program or related program or function.
 Visionary thought and action driven with experience in and previous
management responsibility for issues and activities related to CR content
areas and reporting in a global corporate setting.
 Solid understanding of the global CR landscape, key global CR issues and
best practices
 Content expertise in at least two CR issue areas; e.g., health & safety,
environment, manufacturing, supply chain issues, diversity, community
involvement, etc.
 Prior experience in devising and/or implementing a CR program; e.g., work on
strategy, policy development, program development, goal setting, reporting,
internal management systems, etc.
 Demonstrated ability to anticipate trends and issues in business and society
that affect the Company’s CR agenda and reputation.
 Excellent written communications skills including public speaking, meeting
facilitation and presentations.
 Ability to analyze and interpret data.

- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience within industry

- Specific experience in one of the key disciplines: environment, community
relations, supply chain, diversity, etc.
- Previous international/global experience
