I.

Objectives

This Market Analysis was made for us to have the following

objectives.

 To have background knowledge about running a business.

 To know the experiences of an entrepreneur.

 To distinguish who are the common customers of a printing and

layouting shop in Tangos, Navotas City.

 To locate where are the different Printing and Layouting Shops

located.

 To know the responsibilities of being an Entrepreneur.

II. Consumers Description, Perception, and Interviewing

We conducted our survey and interview specifically in Tangos,

Navotas City. In conducting our survey and interview, we personally

administered 50 random people to cooperate in our Market Analysis. Most

of the customers that we encountered are students and most of them are

females who participated during the survey and interview was conducted.
III. Interpretation of Data

This part presented all the analysed and interpreted data gathered

in the Market Analysis. Presentation was done through the use of graphs

and tables to be easily understand.

A. Customer Profile

The tables and graphs below presented the background of

respondents that gender, social status and age

The graph one shows the sex profile of the respondents, the

graph shows that there was 27 or 44% of the respondents were females

ranked 1, and 23 or 46% were males ranked 2.

The data below shows that most of the respondents were

females. This implied that there were more females are cooperated in our

market analysis during the survey that was conducted at Brgy, Tangos

Navotas City.

The graph two shows the social status of the respondents, the

graph shows that there were 48 or 96% of the respondents were students

ranked 1, and 2 or 4% were employee ranked 2.

The graph three shows that 20 or 40% of the respondents aged of

16-17 as ranked 1, 18 or 36% were at aged ranged of as 14-15 ranked two,

11 or 22% belongs to aged ranged of 18 above as ranked three, and the

last ranked belong to aged ranged 12-13 is with 1 or 2%.

B. Customer Perception

First, in this kind of questionnaire the customer answered it by

their opinion. The question no.1 asking that “Among the printing and

layouting shops in your area, where do you usually go to? “ the customer

who answered Liza’s Printing Shop and Chiras Party Needs is 13, 5 to

those customers who answered GoodVibe’s Printing Shop and JDean’s

Printing Shop, 2 customer answered Fritsy Anne Printing Shop and

Quelhie’s Party needs, 1 customer who answered Ria’s Printing Shop, And

others contains 4 customer who answered computer shops and 5 customer

answered that they have own printer machine in their home with the total of

9.

The third question asked “How satisfied are you with their

product/services? “The customer who answered that they are very satisfied

is 21 or 42%, the customer who answered satisfied is 19 or 38%, 10 or

20% of customer who answered neutral, and 0 or 0% is unsatisfied and

very unsatisfied.

The fourth question will be answered by their reasons in the

question asking that “Base on your experience with their products/services

how likely are you to buy their product again? “The costumer who said that

it is because of their trust is 17 or 34%, 14 or 28% who said that it is

because of the quality, or 18% customer who said that their

product/services is affordable, and 10 or 20% customer are not sure that

they will buy their product again.

The fifth question asking that “Compared to their competitors is

their product quality better, worse or about the same? “ the costumer who

answered better is 25 or 50%, 25 or 50% for those who answered the

same, and 0 or 0% of customer who answered worse.

Lastly, the costumer answered the question “How likely is it that

you would recommend their product or service to a friend or colleague? “21

or 42% of them answered very satisfied, 15 or 30% answered highly likely

is 13 or 26%, 1 or 2% answered very unlikely, and 0 or 0% answered

unlikely.
