The “Park & Stroll” Parking Program (formerly Park &
Shop) promotes shopping and commerce in the
downtown area by selling discount stamps for reduced
parking fees at participating parking decks.
Downtown
Downtown businesses may purchase the books of
stamps and offer their patrons a validated parking
option. Individuals can also purchase these stamps
Winston-Salem
and redeem them at any of the City's public parking
decks, which honor these Parking Program stamps.
Books of stamps can be purchased at the main office
of BB&T on Second Street. For more information,
contact the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership at
(336) 354-1500.
DWSP Members can purchase books of 100 stamps for
$56. Non-DWSP members can purchase them for $64.
Normally, one hour of parking costs $1, so the Park & Stroll
Program offers a noticeable value to people who wish to
take advantage of it. (1 stamp = 1 hour of parking)
