PROJECT KENYA 2019

MANOR COURT SCOUTS YOUNG LEADERS

We are three 16 year old young leaders/explorer scouts that live in Tatworth, and are part of Manor Court
Scout Group, Chard. We have been in the scouting movement for a total of 7 years each and we have been
given the opportunity of a lifetime to go to Nakuru, Kenya in August 2019. We are now at the point of our
scouting journey where we have the opportunity to go and help those that are less fortunate. In August 2019
we shall be volunteering in Nakuru, Kenya. We shall be working with children and teachers based in a school
for orphans and destitute children.

We are taking part in this group trip to offer support and
