1.1 Outline of the Event:

 In accordance to the circular of GTU, Automobile Engineering Department of Institute of
Technology & Management Universe, Vadodara has organized a ‘Students Project Fair ‐ 2018’
on 13th April 2018 (Friday) from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. All the Automobile Engineering students
of B. E. final year represented, exhibited and explained their projects by means of poster and/or
working models prepared by them to the industry professionals, academicians.

 Date: 13th April 2018 (Friday)

1.2 Significance/ Impact of event:

 Final year students, participated in the event were exposed to industrial and academic experts
and received reviews/ suggestion for their final presentation. Also they came in contact with the
faculties of other departments which resulted in interdisciplinary relation of their project. The
pre-final year students attended the event and learnt the how the project work that they will going
to carry out in the final year.

1.8 Feedback from industry mentors/experts:

Good Efforts by department on organizing the fair. It is well planned. Project subjects are good
for major projects and relevant to today’s need. However the project study needs to be in more
depth to cover entire value chain understanding, purpose & technological aspects of projects.
