My name is Diana Herrera Solís, I am 24 years old I was born in mexico city, I live in Villahermosa
tabasco, I am a very confident woman, responsible, intelligent and with compromise.

Because of the decrease of activities in the oil industry.

3) How would you rate your present boss?

Great, I have two bosses and both of them are really nice and understandable, it’s really easy to
work with both of them.

Because I strongly believe that I am the best person that fits this position and I would be
honoured to be part of the company.

I have 3 years of experience in directional drilling and measurements and logging while drilling
so I have a background experience in which I can apply the operations in field to the knowledge
required to develop the reservoir management.

Hard working, knowledge, working under pressure, data analysis, team work and leadership, all
of this abilities that I think I can handle.

I think I have the necessary knowledge for this position and also the abilities I possess make me

I have done my research about this company and since I graduated from university one of my
goals was and is to form part of this company because you have the best technology in this area.

When can I start? Ahahah no, I would like to know the work schedule, also I would like to know

One of my key strengths is that I have leadership, and this ability also make me possible to work
with team player, I have been able to work in different countries so I can handle with different

I think that my weakness is when I work in a project I am really focused in every detail, sometimes
this makes that I have to work more to get every part or the project perfect.

About my current job is that I can be able to teach part of the knowledge I have acquired in my

In my short term goals I want to continue studying and finish a postgraduate degree in reservoir
engineering and my long term goals are to develop my knowledge learnt in the master so I can
work in reservoir engineering.

I like to have everything in order so it is easy to find and manage things, I also schedule every
appointment.

Of course, when I was working offshore and on shore, at the rig site working under pressure was
a daily activity during my shifts.

The thing that I feel most proud of having done recently was passing successfully my IELTS
certificate.

My problem-solving ability was developed throughout my entire career and also during my

I prefer status at work because I think I am really good at my job and money comes after

The last time I was angry was last afternoon when I was driving to work and suddenly a car cross
my way with putting the blinkers and I got angry because I was near to crash with another car
but after a few seconds I forgot about this.

When I graduated my goal was to start working in this area, the last opportunity I had was related
to this area but the position I held was a field position so know I am looking for staying more
days working on a computer with processed data.
