1. Reference: Quarterly Advisory Council Meeting.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that

members of RCEO2-Advisory Council headed by Mr. Domingo S. De Guzman,
Chairman, RCEO2-AC together with the undersigned and RCEO2-PSMU
Personnel conducted 2nd Quarter CY 2018 Regular RCEO2-AC Meeting at RCEO2
Admin on June 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

3. The meeting started with a short prayer led by SPO3 Windel M

Lavarias, RPSMU personnel and it was presided by the Chairman, RCEO2-RAC.
said meeting was ended at around 4:00 PM with a fruit-full result.
